We have used Abbeygate for our car & apartment insurances for a number of years and always found the staff helpful and professional. We recently had a query on on car insurance renewal, which Yvette dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Lovely surprise that my car insurance renewal decreased with 'proper' no claims discount. Queries promptly answered by Monique. Reminders to renew were very helpful.

Another company gave us a lower quote than Abbeygate so we asked Effie if this quote could be met or beaten, which she was able to do. I have been with Abbeygate since 2008 with many different cars including my family. Very professional on phone, email and electronic delivery. Don't bother to shop around as for the first 3 years I did not find anyone to match the premiums. I have just renewed with no problems, whole process maximum 10 minutes including payment and delivery of policy document by email.

A good experience so far, although of course it’s only when you come to make a claim that you truly know if you’ve made the right decision! We got three quotes for our new apartment, Danny was proactive and helpful, and the other thing that swayed our decision to Abbeygate was that they were using a UK based known underwriter (Lloyds) whereas the others were using Greek underwriters. All were within a few Euros of each other in cost.

MS. Monique de Jager of Abbeygate Insurance Cyprus, was very helpful, explaining every step in the renewal process. I have all praise for Monique.

Have been using Abbeygate for the last 6 yrs for car insurance. Very efficient staff, nothing too much trouble and extremely prompt service. Insured a second vehicle today, all completed within 30 mins and policy documents issued via email. Moved all our insurance to them. Cannot highly recommend them enough. The best in cyprus.
