KUDOS to Garrett Blackwell
I contacted ABC shipping and had the pleasure of working with Garrett Blackwell on shipping a vehicle to Illinois. The first driver couldn't complete the job and Garrett immediately assured me that everything was good, and he would find a driver by Monday. Monday came and Garrett called first thing with a driver that was coming too me within the hour and the delivery was made the next morning. Kudos to Garrett for making this process super easy for a first-time vehicle shipper.

DO NOT USE - they literally cancelled on me the day of pick up and offered me no solution on how to get the car shipped. DO NOT USE THEY SUCK!!!!!!
Same day cancellations not acceptable. Do not use this company.

Michael, we'd like to apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that said cancellation was not something we were in control of since we are a middleman between you and the carrier company. We’d also like to point out that your review contains some misleading and incorrect information. Our agent notified you right away during his business hours (Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm, EST), but you were unavailable. When you became available after his business hours, you sent him several rude texts, and left a few voicemails with curse words. Besides, later on the same day our after-hours support reached out to you to offer a number of solutions, but you were also extremely disrespectful and rude to our rep and hung up on him. Here at ABC Car Shipping we have zero tolerance policy to rude, abusive and aggressive behavior. We strongly believe that every human being should be treated with dignity and respect. However, we understand that you were stressed out, which is why even after that our manager tried to contact you for the next two (2) days, but all his calls went directly to your voicemail. He also sent you a text, but received no response. That being said, your words “offered me no solution” used in your review are totally not true. However, being a professional, reliable, trustworthy and customer oriented company, satisfaction of our clients is our number one priority and ultimate objective. In regards to the above, please feel free to reach out to us with any questions.

Great experience with ABC Car Shipping
I just had my car shipped with ABC Car Shipping and it was a great experience. After searching for a reasonably priced company to ship my car from MI to TX, I came across ABC Car Shipping and spoke with Jasper Pearce. He explained the process and eased my anxiety by being available when ever I had a question. I definitely recommend ABC Car Shipping and Jasper is the best!!!

Everything was great n track and done well
I first contacted ABC Car Shipping when the auto transport service I had planned on using did not adequately fulfill the transport work order. Luckily, it is not the case with ABC! Everything was on track and done well!

I would HIGHLY recommend this company. I contacted ABC Car Shipping to transport my car from CA to MN on the advice of my colleague and was never disappointed. My car arrived in great shape and 2 DAYS EARLY. My driver was always in touch and was always very courteous and professional.
