I have to agree with samie because the company does pay and pay is on time but they don't coach the operators properly. I got banned for something that I wasn't even aware of and was never told in training. My quality score was at 100% so I knew my messages were excellent but I got banned because of autorefresh and they basically told me they can't help me to get my account back. If I had known this was an issue and I did it anyways then I would be completely at fault but I was never informed on it. It's a good company but be extremely careful because this isn't a stable nor secure job and you can't expect them to fight for you so you can keep your job.

Bad experience
This company does have it perks in regards to payment and other things but completely lack professional skills. You could easily get deactivated for a breaking "a unwritten and untold rule" and in that case you won't be paid. Despite making them aware of this and asking about payment about messages done so far,no one would response to you. I find this to be very disrespectful and is also a form of scamming

I have the best team ever!
I have the best team ever starting from the top management down to HR, coaches and newbie colleagues. Everyone are given a fair share of time to share opinions and ideas for the good of majority. Transparency at it's finest! What else could you ask for more?

Wonderful company
The coaches are great the CEO is great, they don't just train you they are there to provide help for you every step of the way.. I received my payment early, I wasn't expecting it until the 10th but it was sent to me on the 8th. This is a wonderful company to work with, everyone treats us with respect. This is a great way to make money.
