Totally useless
I recommend not to go with them
I gave money to them 2 months before
Every month they told this month you will get appointment
Even my friends applied after me they got their appointments recently from another consultant
When i told them to give my money back they denied to give it to me

Inshort they are just fraud nothing else

It was a great experience with the team everyone was very helpful I would highly recommended thank you for all the support

The service was extremely poor and absolutely unacceptable. The staff’s behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful.

What was even more frustrating was being told by the AB Consultant, “We don’t have appointments in our pockets.” Such a statement is not only inappropriate but also shows a complete lack of professionalism and concern for customers.

I expect customers to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, not with arrogance or dismissive behavior. This experience was pathetic and far below any acceptable standard of service.

I strongly recommend that management look into this matter and take immediate action regarding the staff’s

I was not getting any slots and have been trying since 2 months . I found Abubakar Travels from Facebook and I have contacted through messenger and I received support and assurance continuously that I will get a slot . And finally he managed to find a slot for both me and my husband. I can see everyone is struggling to book appointments for France Schengen visa since there is huge demands.We are very happy to get the slot at last. I wished I have contacted him earlier for appointment booking then I would have received my appointment early. I would recommend this travel agent as now a days getting a genuine travel agent is very difficult.
