Hi Judy,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your kind words about our team's helpfulness and pleasantness to work with.
We understand your disappointment with the outcome of your de-listing application. Our aim was to provide a comprehensive report and support your position to the best of our abilities. However, we acknowledge that the final decision rests with Historic England, which unfortunately was not in alignment with our recommendation.
We're genuinely sorry for any frustration you felt. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're here to assist you further if needed. Thank you for your understanding.
Warm regards,
AB Heritage

I asked AB Heritage for a report.
I asked AB Heritage for a report on one of our projects that was struggling to get through the planning approval process.
They did a great job and their report was quick and clear.
I have used them again and will continue to employ their services in the future.
We can recommend them as reliable heritage consultants.

Proactive team and I recently had the pleasure of working with AB Heritage Consultants on multiple projects involving historical preservation and restoration, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the outset, their professionalism and expertise were evident, and it became clear that I was in capable hands.
First and foremost, the team at Heritage Consultants demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge in heritage preservation. They were able to provide invaluable insights into the historical significance of the site we were working on and offered innovative solutions to ensure its preservation for future generations. Their passion for heritage conservation was palpable and infectious, making the entire process not only productive but also enjoyable.
Moreover, the level of dedication exhibited by the consultants was truly commendable. They approached every aspect of the project with meticulous attention to detail, leaving no stone unturned in their quest to achieve excellence. Their commitment to delivering results that surpassed expectations was evident throughout, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about the outcome of the project.

Great service from a very professional practice. Aftercare service is on point, and assisting with any queries following the production of their reports from various consultees was second to none.
