Using Abillio for about 2 years. I am really happy about this service. Every step is simple and understandable. Customer service is helpful and within reach.

I've been a user for 3-4 years now and the experience has been smooth. It's worth it just not to have to deal with tax reporting by yourself.

Esta plataforma es sumamente costosa para usuarios en LATAM. 22.5% de IVA pagará el cliente y este impuesto no irá a ninguno de los países.
En mi caso, Venezuela, mis clientes están en Centro América. La factura siempre tendrá un sobre coste de ~22% que pagará el cliente por impuestos. Y que al final no irá ni al país de mi cliente, ni al mío. E igual cada uno de nosotros tendrá que hacer su propia declaración de IVA y pagar el impuesto en su propio país. Creo que si vaís a ofrecer servicio a todo el planeta, tendrés que usar un procesdor de pago diferente o registrar su empresa en países con IVA más flexible. Creía que sería una buena alternativa a Paypal o Payoneer. Pero no es así.

About the lady zane, is the best customer support I've ever received in my entire life, simply wonderful if I'm honest. Kind, attentive, fast response. It's amazing the quality of the support in abilio. I'm surprised, and once again a pretty nice service!!!!

I joined Abill.io in February 2024, paid my 1 Euro fee and was verified. Had no use for it until recently. I referred it to my wife, who set up an account and paid her 1Euro fee also, two days later and not verified, so I had to raise an invoice for her, in my account. I raised it and tried to send it, got ERROR 500 each time. It also threw 404 errors when logging in, so not an easy experience all round. After two days I too gave up on Abillio and had to delete the invoice, despite being given brief assistance from 'Zane' the robot.
I did not recieve my 25 Euro referral bonus either. May be a technical glitch, but not a good experience and made my wife look unprofessional to her client.

Abill.io has been a game-changer for me. The user-friendly platform has significantly reduced my workload and stress dealing with billing for short-term gigs without my own company.
