Terrible service my 77yr old father in…
Terrible service my 77yr old father in law is now into his 5th week without his bath lift it.his was taken away for repair after only 4 months use .With out leaving a replacement.Leaving him unable to access the bath .It took a week before someone came out. Ableworld have disabled him not enabled him to live an independent life as possible Absolutely discusting service all our friends and family will never buy from Able world again.Please don't give them any of your money or business!!!!🤨😤

Thank you for your review following your concerns into our service levels regarding your fathers-in-law’s Bathlift and the time it has taken for the repairs to be carried out. Unfortunately we cannot leave a replacement bathlift with your father-in-law as this particular item is classed as a hygiene product. We are unable to hire out any of our products other than wheelchairs and scooters from a selection of our stores.

Purchase of battery powered mobility scooter
We visited out local Ableworld store, in Shrewsbury, to purchase an electric mobility scooter, for my wife.
Sarah M, was amazing. She took time to display all the models we were interested in, and even encouraged my wife to try out the machine, both in store, and outside, on the car park.
Sarah took steps to ensure we knew how to disassemble and re-assemble the chair, and even searched out the extra cable that is used to charge the batteries, independently from the chair.
This is our third major purchase from Ableworld. I cannot recommend them highly enough, for their professionalism, enthusiasm, and dedication. Should we need to purchase additional items, for making life easier, we will be going there first.

Ableworld Shrewsbury sent James :)
Ableworld Shrewsbury sent James to demonstrate a bath chair style lift. He was considerate and polite - in fact charming. He instantly identified that the lift chosen would not work for my lifestyle or bath style. James suggested an alternative option, and insisted that I take time to thoroughly consider the pros, cons and costs associated with the other model. I will be back because of the store assistant (whose name I forget) but especially because of James.

Excellent Service
I took my elderly mom to buy a chair the staff were very helpful and friendly.
We dealt with Emma she explained everything very well to my mom.
It was a lovely visit it didn't take long which was great we would defiantly recommend and will use this company again.

Excellent service.
I went into Shrewsbury Store this week to purchase a new Scooter and Recliner Chair .The Staff were excellent. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them .I will definitely be going to the store again .Thank you .
