Unprofessional. Time wasters.
They contacted me about a role, requested all my documentation, which I provided, and promised an update at the end of the week. More than 10 days later, despite two emails requesting an update, there has been no contact or reply.
Do not ever work with them. One of the worst recruitment companies I had the displeasure of working with.
Unprofessional.
Incompetent and rude recruiters who won't hesitate to hang up in your face.
I was hired for a last minute job, the following day, by one of the their recruiters, called Mary Ann Manaloto. The job consist on a briefing in the morning by their client and a telephone conference with a third party in the afternoon.
This morning, I was waiting for the call, but it never came. I called ABL recruitment to check what happened and I was informed, by Mary Ann, that the client went with another candidate.
I informed her that she had booked me for the job and that, at not point, she has indicated that it was only pre-recruitment, pending on the client's confirmation. Moreover, she never contacted me to update me.
She refused to hear my argument and hang up on 3 occasion, when I requested to speak to her superior.
After several attempt, I managed to speak to one of their directors, Aslam Ibrahim, who backed his employee before even investigating it. When I insisted on him to listen to the call I had with his recruiter yesterday, He when away for 2 minutes and called me back to repeat what he said initially.
Looking at the time it took him to "investigate", the email communication and 20 minutes call I had with his recruiter, the previous day, It clearly proves that he hasn't done neither.
I wouldn't recommend this company, even to my enemies, let alone my friends.
After reading the reviews on Google, it transpires that I'm not the only person who suffered the same treatment.
Please, please stay away...
