Bristol Airport,
Well where do I start.I guess the good first.
The managers and staff on the front line are a great help .
THAT IS WHERE IT STOPS.

Don’t care about your welfare.
Got a hospital appointment.
TOUGH book a holiday.
Told in interview 6 or 8 hour shifts .
NOPE 12 hour shifts.
Wonder why they have bad ratings.
I could go on and on with the issues l experienced but after working for over 50 years with FULL employment it was my WORST experience.

I used ABM services at Manchester…

I used ABM services at Manchester airport terminal 1 . The experience was courteous , pleasant & professionally executed . A particular shout out to Mohammad khalequzzan khan . He is credit to your organisation

flight from M/C to Lanzarote and back…

flight from M/C to Lanzarote and back again was great thanks to assistance for my wife and myself at both Manchester & Lanzarote airports , the people i wish to mention are Antony Thomas..Graham..and i think the other man was speel ...many thanks to all ...David & Marie

Poor assistance by ABM
The flight and check in at Alicante Airport were as good as normal with friendly staff. When we got to Manchester we were exposed to the lack of organisation of the assistance staff. My wife needs a wheelchair which I should not push as although I can walk I should not push her.it took over an hour from doors opening to leaving the airport including half an hour waiting on a corridor whilst the staff got the 13 people needing assistance off the plane. 10 of those people were transported via a golf buggy and a set of 3 motorised wheelchairs. One had his own buggy. My wife and another angry gentleman were left with on assistance person. He set off pushing my wife but when we reached the end of the travelators he suddenly decided to rush back for the other passenger who had been shouting after him and abandoned my wife and myself who had managed to keep up with him by using the 3 travelators. After waiting nearly 10 more minutes and he hadn’t appeared I reluctantly started to push my wife. Although we saw assistance staff no one offered to help and I finished up taking her to the luggage belt ,collecting our case and pushing her and the case through to the west pick up point. My back is still giving me issues and I certainly won’t do it again. I have complained to ABM at Manchester but they have not replied after over a week. Even a holding email while they investigate what went wrong would have been nice.
Fortunately we had a very understanding taxi driver who had been patiently waiting and keeping in touch with us.
Alicante assistance are always superb and certainly wouldn’t leave you halfway to passport control.

Parking pre-book troublesome glitch

The parking at JFK is operated by ABM.com.
A glitch on JFK Airport's parking reservation system overcharged me of $708. Now it's my responsibility to correct their mistake.
I opted to pre-book 20 days of parking for $708. I entered my vehicle plate number and credit card.
But when I got the confirmation, they gave me different dates and only 7 days for the full $708. The 7 days they gave me were worth less than $300. I was able go back in my browser and screen shot the correct dates I'd entered.
They want me send an email.
I did send the email and they did reverse the charge.
This is a revised review because they corrected the mistake. Thank you Jessica.

Avoid at Wrigley Field

I visited an ABM car park on May 26th 2023 - 1025 W. Addison St, Chicago, IL 60613. The tariff stated a 2-4 hour stay would cost $19. As there was a Cubs baseball game, premium charging came into effect at some point and I was charged $79 on exit. I wasn't previously made aware of this charge, and I left well before the game in question and so received no benefit for this charge. I tried to communicate with the team on site who were basically rude and dismissive - they seem to believe there were video screens outlining the new tariff - there weren't, certainly not at 07.30 when I parked. Avoid!

The woman who works for ABM in the…

The woman who works for ABM in the secure clean team in London Heathrow airport is dreadfull. Her name was Sarabjit Sidhu. The way she treated me (an airline member) was discusting. Talking in her language and laughing at an elderly lady is not what you would expect in an aviation environment. A disgusting woman by far.
