Lovely apartment! Perfect location in a calm street, several restaurants close by and a large supermarket. Very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a nice terrace. Many stairs. The neighbours apartment is under construction - no work during the weekend, but early start on weekdays. We highly recommend.

I recently stayed in one of About The Stay’s houses and overall had a very positive experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for comfortable day-to-day living. It felt like a proper home rather than a typical rental, which made settling in very easy.
The house had a practical layout with good use of space, and everything needed for a short or longer stay was provided. It was clear that attention had been given to both comfort and functionality.
The team was professional and responsive throughout the entire process. Communication was smooth from booking to check-out, and any questions were handled quickly and efficiently. Knowing they are a regulated and accredited letting agent also added an extra level of reassurance.
Overall, I would recommend About The Stay to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed house, whether for a short stay or something longer-term.

I stayed in Cotswolds and the location of the property was great. There’s a trendy restaurant just across the road (serving delicious food), and a farm shop a few minutes’ drive away. The place is quiet and perfect for relaxing, long walks & simply excaping the mad rush of London. I booked directly with About the Stay and I received a discounted price per night, which was amazing! Photos exactly as per website. Apartment was spotless. 5 mins walk from Nine Elms tube station. 5 mins walk from Waitrose and Sainsbury's supermarkets. 5 mins walk from a few cosmopolitan bars and cafes. Perfect area for a London trip. Very quiet residence which suited our family and stay.

The apartment was clean and comfortable great access to Olympic park facilities and local shopping. The kitchen had most things you needed. However low on towels - provide bath towels but not hand towels or bath mat. And kitchen only paper towels not tea towel.

Finally, we called to see if we could arrive 30mins early and they said only for $50 and when we arrived the trash from previous tenants hadn’t been cleared away and had fallen over so we actually couldn’t open the gate.
But we would stay there again if we were in the area

We had such a lovely stay at About The Stay in Kingham. The house is beautiful and so cosy – the stone fireplace and wooden beams make it feel warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Evenings by the fire with a glass of wine were definitely a highlight. The location is just as special – peaceful countryside, open fields, and that classic Cotswolds charm. It’s the perfect place to switch off and properly relax. The service from the team was honestly exceptional. They assisted us with everything from the initial enquiry right through to check-out, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. If I had to rate it, it would be 100 stars.

We’ll definitely be back.

I was a customer of about the stay and had multiple problems as a tennant, which took weeks (and even months) to resolve. Quick to respond, but not to action. Seems unfamiliar with property law and the rights of tennant and landlord.
