I ordered a picture for a gift but when we opened it there was an indent on the canverse. this happened through tranport. I phoned up Abstract to report this and they were more than helpful, I recieved a new painting within 2 days.

Second order with Abstract House. I love the prints and frames, very good quality and quickly delivery. Pictures were well packaged to avoid damage in transit. I'll likely order again.

We accidentally ordered the wrong colour frame but we got a prompt reply saying we could exchange free. However when the artwork arrived we were happy with the gold frame. Very quick delivery - lovely colours and nice gold frame - very well packaged.

Firstly, the quality of the prints and frames are amazing but also I wanted to particularly highlight the very helpful customer service that I received with the team as I needed to exchange my item. They were very helpful and accommodating! I will definitely be buying artwork from Abstract House again. The poster is of excellent quality, with vibrant colours and crisp details to life. It arrived in perfect condition, thanks to the secure packaging. I would highly recommend Abstract House to friends, will definitely use this company again.

I ordered a canvas from abstract house and unfortunately it was damaged when I received it. The team were great and sent out a replacement really efficiently. I then ordered a second print and unfortunately it just didn’t fit the space when it arrived and I choose to return it. It cost me £20 to return the item. Just a caution that if you so choose to return an item it can be costly. Sadly this has put me off ordering any further items. Despite this I would say the company is excellent.

I ordered a set of three prints which arrived in good time. Overall I was very happy with the quality of the prints, however, two of the oak frames had pretty bad wood grain which made it look like they had been marked.

I enquired with customer services if I could exchange them and they replied within minutes accepting the exchange with no questions asked.

I received the replacements within a week of shipping and the frames were perfect. 10/10 customer service and very good product.
