Cheap rubbish ring received, nothing like the picture on line. Contacted them several times about returning/refund but nobody ever responded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, ABSOLUTE SCAM!!

Chakra bracelet. Took 5 weeks to deliver. I missed the birthday that it was meant to be a gift for. The bracelet is cheap and is glass so glad I didn’t give it as a present in the end. It’s Colourful but that’s all. Wished I hadn’t bothered.

Taken my money but bracelets have not arrived. Seems to be no way of contacting the company as the emails won't 'send'. No phone number. Tried to leave a 1 star review on their site saying I have not received the goods, but when it posts it defaults to 5 stars!!! That is so misleading and dishonest.

Payment went through immediately but my so-called 'chakra bracelet' took ages to arrive. No covering note, just in a small plastic bag, looks cheap and strung on something that looks like a thin plastic wire. I usually check out reviews before ordering, wish I'd done this on this occasion.

Annoyed I didn't check first about this CHEAP company. I ordered 2 bracelets which took an age to deliver....they blamed Donald Trump for that..!
When I received them they were cheap and nasty not even fit for a child to wear as costume jewellery!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM The quality of the dress i ordered was shocking and nothing like the picture. I requested to return it they wont accept that stating they will give a part refund and part credit and to keep the item. They won't provide a return address. THEY ALSO SETUP MY BANK CARD AS A RECURRING PAYMENT. THEY ALSO DO NOT LOOK AT REVIEWS FROM TRUSTPILOT

I wish I could give it a zero star! Horrible customer service and I truly wish I had read these reviews. Can't get a refund and trying to return the two dresses! Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service, please don't fall in their trap. I'm shaking my head how they're allowed to get away with this!

All the recent reviews are correct and I’m so annoyed that I didn’t read these before ordering.
My dress arrived after nearly 2 weeks. Quality actually very good but it just doesn’t suit me and now I can’t get a refund. Complete waste of money. Might as well thrown it down the drain !

WARNING – scam!
After making the payment, I received false tracking information.
More than 15 days have passed, and the package hasn’t even been picked up by the courier.
They respond with vague or automated messages and refuse to issue a refund, despite being legally obligated to do so under consumer protection laws.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company – this is highly unprofessional and appears to be a fraudulent operation.

This company is a big scam. They don't accept returns or give refund. Please, please don't buy from them. They don't respond to any messages. I bought a dress for £110 far too big and I can't return it.

It took a month to receive the dress which did not fit and they are not allowing a return. The company is a big scam. Save your money on a reputable company.

Why are these people allowed to run a company when they just take your money and you dont recieve your gifts. Nobody has money to waste on these scammers. Fuming!!

I ordered 2 bracelets never received. Despite many request to either send them or refund my money they continue to ignore me. Never use this company.
They are obtaining funds by misrepresentation. Unfortunately paid by credit card. Live and learn

Never sent bracelet. Asked about it for 2 months. They kept lying saying they sent it. They didn't. Now they keep saying they will refund money. They didn't!!
