Great Acanva Experience

I ordered it online during one of their sales. I was emailed to let me know the process and the time frame. I was then emailed again to tell Me that the furniture was with the delivery personnel and then was emailed by the delivery service and offered me dates and time frames. It was delivered to my garage, which was just great. I unpackaged the well packaged furniture and set it up. It is great quality. I will definitely order from Acanva again.

Disappointed with Quality and Customer Experience

Purchased the Atlas linen sectional sofa , it looked great but the linen fabric is very itchy and uncomfortable to seat on. I contacted the company just four days after delivery to request a slipcovers exchange. While customer service sent replacement slipcovers, they were extremely difficult to put on due to inconvenient Velcro straps instead of zippers. Over time the fabric quality worsened, with noticeable pilling and wear after only a few weeks, even after washing and using a fabric shaver.

Despite reporting the problem early and requesting an exchange later, the company refused due to their 30-day policy .Overall im very disappointed with the purchase , the sofa looks nice but doesn't match its price or quality, making the experience frustrating.

We always aim to provide a great experience for every customer. While fabric-related concerns are typically not covered under our warranty, we wanted to help early on and provided a complimentary set of replacement slipcovers (valued at $660) as a gesture of goodwill shortly after your initial request.

However, your request to switch to a different sofa model was made after more than 3 months of use. According to our return policy, the return window is 30 days. As the sofa has been used and is well beyond this timeframe, it does not meet the conditions for a return.

In addition, our exchange policy applies only to cases involving shipping damage or manufacturing defects, and is limited to replacing the same item. As your request involves a different model and does not fall under these conditions, it is outside the scope of what we are able to support.

At the same time, we understand that experiences with installation can vary from person to person. To better support you, our team will be sharing a simple installation guidance video, including tips to help avoid friction or snagging during installation that may lead to fabric pilling.

Thanks again for your understanding — and for giving us the opportunity to assist.

Amazing service team, and of course, a beautiful sofa!

I had an amazing experience with the Acanva service team, especially Ava and Claire. Not only is their sofa beautiful and high quality, but they were also incredibly patient in answering all of my questions, both before and after my purchase. Their outstanding support gave me the confidence to buy the sofa without seeing it in person. This is also my first time leaving a review online, because they deserve it 😊

Gorgeous!

Gorgeous, comfortable couch. I am obsessed with it and have gotten so many compliments. I would definitely order from Acanva again. Delivery was easy and straight forward.

Terrible service and terrible quality

Terrible service and terrible quality.
I ordered a sofa online after confirming about return policy. Not only sofa was delivered dirty, also manufactured misaligned and despite knowing their “strict” return policy the box for sofa was discarded by delivery team. I claimed for return as soon I got the sofa but I was told since I don’t have the box I cannot return the sofa and I can get only 10% of what i paid.

Not at all recommended. Terrible customer service, terrible quality and terrible manufacturing.
Would def make sure no one in my social circle order from this website. I wish there were more reviews highlighting how slow and non cooperative their customer service is.

Addendum to reply:
Offering 50% which is actually not 50% since i paid $300 approx for shipping as well is not equal to loss I have to face.
Offering a new sofa is also not a solution as disposing off this current sofa is also going to cost me extra money here in USA.
I did not understand how is customer service willing to spend money on making a new sofa than a new box.
Very mentally traumatizing experience.
Never ordering from them ever again.

Regarding the refund amount, we sincerely regret the initial confusion. Please know that the 10% mentioned earlier was a communication error and does not reflect our commitment to our customers. To ensure this is resolved fairly, we have been working with you to move forward with the solutions we previously discussed:

1. A 50% partial refund to keep the sofa. You may choose to use it as is, or even resell it locally to potentially recover more than the original cost.

2. A brand-new replacement sofa delivered to you at our own expense.

We want to clarify that our specialized packaging boxes are custom-made for each model, which is why original boxes are typically needed for a safe return. While the delivery team disposed of the packaging upon arrival without our instruction, we never want a logistical mishap like this to be your burden. That is why we are standing by these options—even though they represent a significant loss for us, your satisfaction is what matters most.

We have been looking forward to hearing back from you so we can finalize the best solution for your home.

Update: We hear your frustration and truly want to clear up any misunderstandings.

The $300 fee was for the White Glove service, which the carrier team fully completed by delivering and assembling the sofa. As stated in our official website policy, this fee for completed labor is non-refundable; we aim to be as open and clear as possible about these costs from the start.

Regarding the return, we genuinely wish we could just send you a box—honestly, that would be much easier and far less of a financial loss for us than providing a brand-new $2,000 replacement and covering hundreds of dollars in additional shipping costs ourselves! However, because our custom packaging is made overseas and shipped only with each unit, we simply don't have spare boxes in our local warehouse.

Since we cannot provide a box for a return and our policy does not allow for a full refund if the product is kept, we have been working hard to coordinate a fair partial refund compensation for you. Please know we aren't trying to withhold a solution; we are sincerely doing our best to minimize your loss and look forward to finalizing the refund option that works best for you.

I had had my couch for almost 3 years…

I had had my couch for almost 3 years now
(purchased 3/26/23) and still love it just as much as when it first came into my home. I always get compliments. I host often and the color has not fade and the couch has not lost its structure.

Loved her sofa so I contacted them direct as not available in the uk .
Claire on the customer service team was amazing from start to finish 12 weeks and my order arrived in then uk in great condition . I love it . Service was above and beyond !! Best sofa ever

Love this brand

Love this brand! We have the Atlas sofa and the Flowwood coffee table and couldn’t be happier. Almost two years with the sofa and it still looks and feels like new and the washable covers are a huge plus. The coffee table has been amazing too. It’s in our family room with two little ones and after 6+ months, no scratches or water stains. Highly recommend!

Couch arrived without the correct…

Couch arrived without the correct number of under couch screw feet or whatever they’re called. They sent me two different types and none of them are enough for all 5 screws. They’re all different sizes so the couch is slanted when on the floor.
There’s no number to call. Why? They take forever to reply. Can this company actually do its job before I return my couch? Thanks

I absolutely love Acanva! I’ve had their Atlas modular couch for almost 2 years now and the quality and comfort is still amazing. Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, excellent communication and awesome sectional! A minor issue with the connectors, however they are sending out new ones. Couch is amazing color quality and easy to clean. Very stylish and looks like it came from a high end furniture store only at less than half the price from what other high end stores charge. I am super impressed over all. The couch goes with any style and any decor and is very modern and comfortable!

Poor service and arrive damaged not for shipping but from the warehouse

I would say this couch is beautiful. But the couch arrived damaged with deep scratches in them; when I reached out to customer service to notify them about the issue with pictures the day after it arrived . They informed me that damaged happened during transportation at the warehouse- they refused to provide anything more than $100 refund for the couch when the price was over $2000 or exchanged for another couch with damages due to it was their fault.I would not recommend this brand due to poor service. They advise me to fix the deep scratches myself
