*Update* The company did reach out after I withdrew from their service. They offered to trade my account and no charge until the account was passed. That has prompted me to update this 1 star review to a 3 star review. That’s the kind of customer service that needs to happen. I opted to not have them continue to trade the account but them offering is important. Trading involves risk and I understand that. But claiming to have a higher win-rate to attract customers is false advertising.
