I recently supported a family member who had been considering equity release Obviously this was a new experience to us We decided to use Acess Equity Release who had nothing but 5 star review We dealt with Justin who was extremely helpful from the very start Everything was explained to us clearly He was always available to answer questions Always called when he said he would Dealt with lender/solicitors on our behalf He made the whole experience run very smoothly right to the very last minute
