Not helpful telling me if we dont proceed with icsi that they will not proceed adding more charges that dont need to be added trying to get through on the phone when you try to get through the clinic and it doesnt recognise which clinic ur saying takes about 6 attempts

When i first got in touch with access fertility I was given alot of different information. But the minute I spoke to Alfie everything changed!! He kept me up to date with my application, he managed to change my date, he has been a massive help and I am hugely grateful. A tough journey going through ivf and he's made this stress free. Thank you do much again Alfie. I hope he's given a HUGE pay rise

Access Fertility were amazing so helpful and informative as well as understanding. In particular Simone helped me so much answering so many of my questions and really helped me through the process which was all new to me . I would 100% recommend Access Fertility. They have opened the door for us to be able to start our fertility treatment with the refund program also giving us peace of mind .

So far it has been really good, the customer service people are really nice and the process to get the finance and start then IVF was quite quick.
