It was sold as next day delivery and despite emailing to express the importance of a next day delivery it was not delivered.

However due to the pure volume of freight going through courier systems these few days before Christmas, your order was one of the ones affected unfortunately. We ordered acoustic panels in good time…
We ordered acoustic panels in good time for a refurb job. By the time the contractor opened the boxes two were missing (one empty product box and one missing from the 2nd delivery box) but it was too late to report so had to buy again. A shame because they are good quality and other than that we were pleased.
