I did the 40 hour intensive course with acclaim. Everything was super smooth and organised. But most importantly Andy my instructor was absolutely superb and took me from no driving experience to passing my test within 10 days which I think speaks for itself.

Had a brilliant experience with Acclaim from start to finish. Pavan was fantastic throughout every lesson — patient, professional, and always supportive. The online booking and payment system made everything really simple and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend this driving school, especially Pavan for his calm and friendly teaching style he’s a legend — Thanks again — passed first time!

Andy Newton was the most wonderful instructor. He was so patient and calm, such a lovely bloke and helped me so much in my fast track course. I wouldn't of been able to pass without him.

I highly recommend this driving school! The instructors are fantastic, and the admin team makes rescheduling incredibly easy. They even handled sorting out my practical test booking, which was a huge relief. A special shout out to my instructor, Tom Harris - he was absolutely amazing. His calm demeanor and clear instructions made learning to drive stress-free. He always provided the perfect balance of constructive feedback and encouraging support.

I took driving lessons for around 8 months and overall had a great experience. The instructor was very patient and explained things clearly. The theory side of the lessons are very interactive and not boring. The lessons were also well-structured and helped build my confidence on the road. I’d definitely recommend for anyone looking to improve their driving skills and pass their test.

Would not recommend Elizabeth whiteley (Leicester based) very unprofessional, not trust worthy, paid her directly for 10 hours she kept cancelling my lessons and changing the dates, asked her for a refund for 4 of the 5 lesson I paid for and shes refusing to give me the money back. Acclaim are telling me they are not liable. But this woman is tarnishing their name driving around in a car with their name and number all over it.
Would not recommend acclaim at all. Unreliable company with inconsistent instructors.

My instructor Tanzeem Effendi was incredibly patient and understanding throughout my lessons. He helped build my confidence step by step and always created a relaxed learning environment. I really appreciate his clear explanations and guidance. He is absolutely professional, patient and ensures to fine tune my weaknesses. I have been lucky to have him as my instructor and thankful to him for transforming me into a confident driver on the road. I have passed my exam in first attempt and truly enjoyed entire experience of learning. Also, he is punctuality, clear explanations, mock tests, motorway, parallel parking, flexibility with lesson times, and helped overcome nervousness.

I would highly recommend them to anyone learning to drive.
