Worst customer experience Ive ever had
I don't think I have EVER had an interaction with a company like this in my life.
I ordered a costume for my daughter on October 9th. The website said "Please note that it won't be delivered on Halloween is you purchase after 12th Oct". On October 24th - I went online to check the status of my package and it still said that it was "being prepared". At that point I contacted their customer service through chat. They missed the order and didnt send it out until I sent this note. In the following week while I was checking on this (I had a KID waiting for a costume for Halloween - you cant just HOPE it comes - you need a plan if it doesnt!) The unprofessional customer service told me I ordered the wrong size (assured them 3 times I did not), that I didnt order in time (clearly I did) and the kicker - on the 30th - told me it MIGHT make it there on time (like I hadnt already had to make alternate plans!) To top it off - now they will not let me return the costume even though I was not able to use it due to THEIR errors. Such a joke and unprofessional. Do not use.
