I completely agree with the four most recent reviewers, who all gave ACD Writers a 1/5 star review. All ACD Writers cares about is taking as much money from you as possible. They promised a 100% money back guarantee if I was not fully satisfied, in writing. I told them I was not satisfied, at all, and they gave me $0 refund. The worst offenders are the project managers, Tracey and Rachel. Avoid them like the plague! PS This review covers the entire 6 months of my experiences with ACD Writers, beginning in August of 2025, covering both editing and marketing.

Is it possible to give zero stars? These people have done nothing more then take money and deliver a fraction of what was promised. First they asked for $1000 then they needed another $5000 all the way to $22,000. To date 11/29/25 zero books have been delivered. No website, only broken promises and an unfulfilled contract. Were hiring a lawyer.

They are scam artists. We engaged with them to proof and edit the book, when finished the book still had some misspellings. Then one thing they did well was the graphics for the book which cost extra. Then we paid for 100 books to be published and waited 3 weeks to be called back to say we needed insurance on the books to get them published. After paying for all that the company wanted, 4 weeks ago we still do not have our books. They will not return an e-mail and will not answer their phones unless we call from a different number and then they will say they will have to get back to us and schedule a call and never call. I would not recommend this company.

They worked with my son who later became unable to act on his own behalf. I became his POA and sent them all the documents. They have been extremely deceptive and have gone as far as tried to get me to take half ownership in my son's work. These people are not to be trusted. The contract that was sent to me was sent with clear links which I am unable to utilize.

Tracy, who apparently works for these people tried to get me to give them $30,000 to publish my books around the planet.
She stated that Gregg Braden was one of their customers that they helped to gain massive notoriety with their publication efforts and development of courses that he sells.
She said that they have been working with him for a long time. I called Gregg’s office and talked to his manager, and she explicitly stated they have never worked with this company.
Do not trust them.

I CONTRACTED WITH 5 "PUBLISHERS" BEGINING IN NOVEMBER OF 2024. I PAID EACH ONE UP FRONT HUNDRES OF DOLLARS NOT ONE COULD GET MY BOOK PUBLISHED. I HAD TO HAVE MY BANK GET MY MONEY REFUNDED WHICH TOOK MORE TIME. ACD WRITERS HAS DONE THE IMPOSSIBLE AND NOW PUBLISHED TWO OF MY BOOKS
