Well after winning a jackpot I went to redeem and since then I've gone thru a list of garbage to get those winnings which I havnt gotten yet between the customer service ppl to the bank statements that are digital and unacceptable to getting my IP address jus to show then I'm me with that they froze my acc and then after giving me the ok and verified my accounts still froze andi still can't redeem or play
I've been waiting for my redemption of $180 for a week now. Customer service is slow and unresponsive most of the time and when you do manage to get in touch with them, they aren't very much help at all. They insist my redemption has been sent via ACH transfer but it shouldn't be taking this long. I recommend not wasting your time with Ace casino and play somewhere more reputable like stake.us. I will update this review when I receive my redemption but I'm not going to get my hopes up. Just another scam casino preying on new users by promising quick hassle free redemptions but my experience has been anything but
