amazing dentists - popped in for a quick polish

Shocking service. I had a check up in August and was told that I needed a tooth removing by a specialist and I would be referred to the specialist and put on a waitlist. By March the next year, I hadn’t heard anything so called up and was told that the dentist had forgotten to refer me and they would reassign the task of referring me to the dentist as an urgent matter. I thought I’d call the next week to make sure this had happened ans had lost faith in the dental practise and was told that this had not been done and because the dentist had left. I was not contacted about this and was left to me to chase for a third time with no action on their part. Really disappointed by the terrible level of care that Ace Dental has provided.

ACE Dental staff are friendly and very professional from the moment I walked in and throughout my appointment.
Dr. Maria Noula did my teeth root canal, she is thorough and informative, and let me know every step of the treatment. Never felt any pain throughout the whole treatment.
Dr. Maria is very knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. I highly recommend her for everyone dental needs.

Rude reception staff lie make errors donth Input info such as follow up for my son tried to lie about deposits saying k owed money when I had paid already paid it took four separate times for the reception team to update my address corectly all about money not about the dentistry an when a customer is frustrated over incompetent mistakes made last time probly as they were more busy being rude an smirking about it than bothering to input relavant info on the system after the dentist had instructed with the end result being a child's teeth left to wrote while we wait for referral that was never made an the reception even said that nothing says that here 😒like bashing your head against a brick wall dealing with staff like that avoid I now have a teribble headache after this an have paid a large sum for the privilege to be told I owe more money than originally outstanding?

Had Millie for my Invisalign progress. She was so professional and got me the results I wanted. Felt reassured with her handling the process. It was definitely worth the money!

Dentists are lovely but the receptionists at Kentish Town are rude and aggressive- Terrible customer service!!

An error on my account showed an amount unpaid from previous treatment. Instead of showing understanding when I pointed out it must be a mistake, I was met with aggression and told I’m “not complying” and accused of arguing with them even though I was stating the facts calmly.

One receptionist lied straight to me and told me that she had said I owed money on the phone when I booked the appointment. This was untrue, it was the first I heard of it in the surgery itself. Then they told me I had received letters. Which I hadn’t. One receptionist stormed off saying “I’m not having this!! people arguing with me” and made a total scene which left me feeling very embarrassed.

I pointed out to the remaining receptionist, I thought that was very unfair and how unpleasant it was to have fingers pointed at me and I had every right to point out it was a mistake. She then told me to email her proof, which I did. I haven’t heard anything back as of yet.

Awful, worthless organisation. Dentists are rough and dismissive and the admin staff are rude and ignorant.

Been palmed off since July about when a hygienist will be employed. November, then January l, then February. Very rude Receptionist who swore at me when she thought I was on mute. Will not be returning.

Fantastic place with great staff. The service here from the dentists and nurses to the reception staff is second to none. Dr Millie was very professional and was clear and informative with the whole Invisalign process from start to finish. I started to see the results fairly quickly and could not be happier with the end result. I feel 100 times more confident than before and it was worth every penny spent.
I would highly recommend this dental practice for anyone looking for first class treatment and advice and for exceptional service from experienced, friendly and highly knowledgeable dentists.
