Fantastic service from Marc at Ace Entertainment Services for my husband's 40th Birthday 80's Inspired Party- Great communication from start to finish. Great idea's for the venue in terms of how to execute to make the most of the environment.

All was great. Dj listened to our requirement. Our first dance track was played and they judged the crowd perfectly and put on just the right music at the right time. Perfect.

We had John as our DJ on Saturday evening for our wedding and would highly recommend him. The dance floor was never empty which is just what we wanted.

John DJ’d for our wedding recently and did a superb job. We gave a long list of our favourite songs and he used these to build a great playlist, adding extra similar songs throughout to keep the dance floor full. We were both really pleased and it helped make the night really special.

John recently DJ’d at our wedding and we were so pleased with his services. The dance floor was full all night and everybody had a fab time.
We had asked our guests for a song recommendation when they RSVP’s which I sent over to John before the day. He made sure he played as many as he could which was brill.

Our DJ, John, from Ace Entertainment was included in our booking at the Granary which was perfect. We were asked to fill in a simple form with some info about ourselves and our music taste and John took care of the rest. He judged the mood of the room perfectly and had almost everyone up for a dance at one point or another! He was taking requests and interacting with everyone on the mic the perfect amount. Could not fault it!

John was an excellent DJ! The communication from the company was fantastic and John called a few days before the event to confirm all the details. The dance floor was filled throughout the night and everyone enjoyed the music from start to finish.

John was fantastic! We had made our own audio for our first dance and he was able to use that. I also wanted a track my an unknown artist and he managed to find this for us so I could dance to it with my mum too.
He accommodated for everything we requested and more! Thank you so much for being part of our wedding day, John x

From start to finish we found Ace the perfect company for our wedding. East booking and a great range of songs that suited all of our guests. the team made sure the dancefloor never emptied. Their rustic booth was perfect for our rustic themed wedding @ Furtho Manor Farm. Cannot thank the team enough.

We hired Ace entertainment for my sisters garden hen do over the weekend and the service was fantastic from start to finish!

The booking process was easy, great communication and prompt replies ... a very helpful service!

We had Brett dj for us and can I just say the music he provided was so so good ! I was apprehensive as I hadn’t actually booked through recommendation , I luckily stumbled across Ace entertainment when browsing Instagram and I’m so glad I did because the whole day was a million times better with having this service. The DJ equipment looked great and made my garden look so much better and the gazebo provided us with lots of shade to dance under thank you !

Brett did such a good job considering how hot it was with setting up and entertaining us all and he made the whole day so much better thanks again !

We were married on June 26th and John from Ace Entertainment was our DJ. We had an amazing weekend and wedding day. John was absolutely awesome. Once the evening reception began, he generated a great party atmosphere, people were dancing having fun and enjoying themselves. John played a great mix of various tunes that kept us partying hard until the very last one.

Thank you for making our wedding reception as awesome and memorable as it could of been. Would definitely Ace Entertainment. Perfect day!

Ace claim they put the band and customer together free, well thats not strictly true is it ACE!

Acts have to pay a monthly subscription to ACE that will allow them to reply to messages if a customer stumbles across they're site. Meaning that Acts are paying for a listing on a poorly laid out website. The problem is with such a site that the top bands/ tributes won't pay to be on such a site as they simply don't need to.Meaning customers might not be getting the best act for the money! Top acts are at the top for a reason, usually because they are promoted actively via many other sites that take commission once the band is booked so they work for the act and the customers. Ace is simply just another search engine that doesn't actively promote an act.

There are a multitude of sites that allow you to search for your act required by simply searching for the act ie, Queen tribute etc.

I tried to look for a popular tribute act on ace, as most will know reading this when you're looking for an act you probably know what you're looking for or at least have an idea. The Ace site is so convoluted and you can't simply just look for the type of band or act you require without having to go through pages of acts looking for the specific band/act. I got board after the 5 page looking for a certain tribute.

In summary if your looking for an act for your event and you have no idea what you want then this site might work for you. However bear in mind you might not get a reply! If you know what act you want then just google it ! it's the same effect but will probably give you better results and put you straight in contact with the acts.

Really easy to book and fast responses to and questions I had.

The set up was great and they also provided lighting which made the venue lovely in the evening.

I submitted my own playlist and he only strayed from it on a few occasions but was able to read the vibe very well and play something everyone enjoyed.

Our wedding was at Hunsbury Hill centre and they put the DJ up on the balcony.

I would 100% recommend Ace, they were friendly, efficient and a very reasonable price.

I booked ACE entertainment for my 50th birthday party at Northampton Cricket Ground on Saturday 14th of July. Marc was absolutely superb, he listened to my ever request, he gauged the mood of the guests and got everyone on the dance floor. I have received excellent feedback from many of my guests. Ace Entertainment were recommended to us by the venue we were having our birthday party.
All communication was done via email which works for me and they were flexible when I was unwell so was delayed in paying our bill.
We did complete a form advising of what music we did and didn’t want ahead of the evening but we felt that this was not looked at by the DJ
we were assigned. Terry was nice enough but seemed more interested in sticking to his own tried and tested play list rather than what we wanted . He also didn’t seem to be able to read the room. A couple of times I had to go and and ask him to change the music to more of our taste which filled the dance floor whilst more modern stuff and cheesy things like
The grease mega mix noticeably cleared it
A professional company overall I feel but felt slightly let down by the DJ on the night

We used Ace Entertainment as our Wedding DJ and couldn't be happier with the result.

In advance we gave them a mixture of 25(ish) songs from 80, 90s and 00s and the DJ played them all....and filled the gaps perfectly. He read the crowd and kept the dance-floor packed for a good four hours! Extremely professional equipment and set-up offering the complete package.

Would happily recommend Ace Entertainment to anyone (especially for a Wedding!).
