Levi was an excellent engineer who solved our current
problem quickly and communicated the issues and future action very succinctly.
Response time by Ace energy was also excellent.
Though not an emergency situation the gas engineer
was on site within 4 hours of our call.

Our office needed a few major electrical changes recently. This did not cause any unnecessary disruption. The service provided from start to finish so far across two days was done very professionally, honestly and exceptionally well. Further unexpected works were advised and discussed in detail which will be done in due course.

ACE plumber arrived on time and gave helpful advice about a leak under the floor. When he returned to fix the leak, he was on time again and completed the job quickly and explained what he had done. Dealing with ACE was very straightforward and clear and the job was completed efficiently.

Great effort from Ashley. Really professional, takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile. Very pleased with new toilet and all the pipe work and new tap in kitchen.

Big thank you to Levi, Liam and Ashley. I had contacted my usual plumber to ask to have a tado thermostat installed as he was busy I tried Ace. On inspecting my boiler Levi condemned it as it wasn't safe. He outlined and showed me all the reasons why it should have failed it's service two months ago (which had been passed by a different company). As I have a lodger it is so important to keep them safe so I'm really happy with Levi's actions. Due to the age of my boiler we agreed to get a new boiler installed. Liam and Ashley did a great job of installing my new boiler and tado. Liam was very proactive at problem solving and took the time to talk me through the new device. I highly recommend Ace

Ace Energy has a wonderful team of plumbers who are very efficient and professional, as I observed in my review of November 14th. Over the last few months I have had many problems and Levi has proved to be a ‘Master plumber.’ He is able to solve the most complex problems,and explains everything in his knowledgeable, calm manner. He has installed a new megaflow and I am delighted with the result.

Ace are a great company. Have used them many times. Their operative on our latest job, Ashley, could not have been more pleasant or efficient. And the job cost £200 less than a competitor- £251 as opposed to £451!
