Top Class Service…
Phoned ACF as our hot water wasn’t working,Florin answered our call straight away, was very friendly and said he would come as soon as he could. Checked our boiler out and told us it was only a minor fault which he fixed straight away. Very friendly and pleasant, will certainly use Florin again. Highly recommended.

5 stars from me, Boiler swap, Good reliable service, good comms and good workmanship, even showed up on time for both survey and install, sad, but unusual nowadays. I am a retired engineer so won't suffer fools, I would definitely recommend A+

Easy process all along the line
Easy process all along the line. Good communication from the company following my initial enquiry and also notifying arrival time of the engineers. Quick and easy invoice admin too. The staff who visited were prompt, polite and knowledgeable and did a fine job. Would recommend this company.

Great service from ACF
Great service from ACF. Communication was really great with Florin turning up exactly when booked. A couple of IT issues with my new system but team came back straight away to sort. Will now be my regular ‘go to’ plumber

Florin was called on Sunday morning and by Sunday afternoon all fixed.
Florin is a true gent , polite, clean and tidy , knows his stuff inside outside.

Professional service
Florin was very professional - we would highly recommend him. We booked and paid online and he arrived at the arranged time that we had chosen. We had our boiler service - all correspondence and paperwork was sent via email or text and we knew exactly what time he would arrive; what work had been carried out and were given an electronic receipt.
