I watched the recorded Assertive Communication video. In the video the participants weren't always muted which could be distracting, and there were a lot of comments, often by the same person, that could have been edited out. I enjoyed the last half hour of the video the most as I learned the most from this section. I also found the accompanying manual very helpful.

The PD teaching was great! I took away a lot of helpful strategies to help me be more assertive. Thank you! I was distracted with the online comments though. I had difficulty focusing when comments were shared while Jessica was talking. It also took away from the time available for her to do more teaching. She had a lot of info that never got touched on because of the online comments and she ran out of time.

The facilitators are well experienced and knowledgeable about the topics of their expertise. They also have a great selection of trainings that are truly beneficial to enhance the capacity of our team.

Some of the content was new to me like the Brain Shifting concept. I liked that the speaker gave examples from her professional and personal experience. I would have loved to see an actual dialogue demonstrating the application of the concepts.

The workshop I completed through Achieve, was very conducive to what I was hoping to learn, and the facilitator was great at using realistic examples to answer questions, as well as drawing on other participants knowledge and experience. I enjoyed the opportunity to break out in to smaller groups and talk to other, like minded individuals, as well as follow along in the training workbook.

The participants shared their personal experiences and expertise, while the speaker provided a wealth of new insights and knowledge.

This training is very basic
I was expecting.
- how to handle a mental health issue with a staff that I see but they don't.
What are our legal expectations when we have concerns?
- how much accommodation do we have to provide for metal health.

I got a lot out of today's session and see the need for change with all governments, corporations, societies etc.

the facilitator was amazing and spoke clearly and everything she said made sense. very open to interaction and questions and feedback. i liked the ability to connect - as opposed to just "watch and learn" 10/10 very happy

The examples uses and the framework that is easy to apply and practice. The presenter was very clear. I am grateful for the recording as it is a lot to take in so I will be going back to it and take the time to digest.

The messages were clear and succinct, it was the right balance of presentations and discussions/exercises and I learned a lot!

The fact that you could go back into it if you were not able to finish in one sitting was very helpful. The content was informative.

Jennifer Kelly was so informative, engaging and encouraging with this course. I greatly appreciated taking this course. There was a lot of information to digest but thankfully we have the manual! Never disappointed when taking course from Achieve!

The presenter was fantastic! The material was great. Enjoyed there was only two breakouts and we were given sufficient time.
