Not trustworthy at unreliable.

I used this company for a vehicle claim, I was lied to when they said "you get the courtesy car for two weeks after your claim is settled and paid out. They took the courtesy car from me today and told me I'd be paid in 5-10 days. They then returned my "un-roadworthy car" that is undrivable and has the engine light and stop light on. They returned my car without the android auto device and the alexa-auto. I called many times and was told "someone will call you back" but I still await a call back.

I had an accident and decided to give my case to ACHL — unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience. They rarely answered my calls, and even after leaving multiple messages, I would often get no response at all. On the few occasions I managed to speak with someone, they didn’t seem to know what was going on with my case.

The whole process dragged on for more than a year, and in the end, the case went against me. I lost several years of my no-claim bonus, and my insurance premiums went up significantly.

I would not recommend this company to anyone — they are highly unprofessional, unreliable, and offer very poor communication.

mr athar ahmad if accident was your fault that was your fault it means you mislead us from day one and provided us wrong infor mations but we can look in to your matter if you call back

Never ever not use this help line. This year I have broken Christmas. Sad. And absolutely scam spectra.

Never trust them

Never trust them, they delay process for no reason,theif they are they cut 25% from your compensation and want another 20% for the work they have done as per their principle.
They hold you PI and if you contact insurance company thats when you find out it was stolen by a employee GURPREET SINGH.
He takes customer money and keep telling you we are waiting as insurance company hasnt replied to our correspondence etc
He drives customers car too.
Bunch of theives they are.

i am sorry to see you are upset with us we are a CMC and we do not charge any percentage to any client only solicitor can charge and we are not solicitor if you have any complaint against any of our ex employee you can write to us in detail and we will try to resolve your concerns

Fraud

This company is a scam company they call you and say they can get you more then 2k just for doing nothing, you send them details and they make a claim. When you get the money they will ask you for around 15%-20%
For theyr hard work. If you refuse to pay them they thretening you to report you to fraudulant claims. Have fun.

Professional.

Very thankful to the great team at ACHL. They dealt with my claim swiftly and kept me updated on the process of my claim. They were able to deliver the outcome I was looking for which I’m very happy about.
