Acon24 Avis 8

I have purchased 3 Acon trampolines. The customer service is consistently very poor! I’ve had multiple issues with the Acon X which customer service failed to address and won’t respond to my emails or chats. Two of the tramps had terrible instructions for build and Manuel was never corrected or updated. Never again will we get an Acon.

Feeling scammed. Customer Service phone number is just for show. No one is ever available or returns a call. My 4K plus order has missing bolts and damaged parts and I keep getting the run around of how to be able to speak to someone who can solve the issue in a timely manner.

Ordered a tent ground twice with acon24, still waiting for the refund....Than ordered a tent (too small) - ok my fault....But also the tent that should fit my Acon trampolin does not fit, see foto, and also had a tear....terrible quality, absolutely unlike the trampoline.Can not recommend right now.

Terrible trampoline tent. The design is hopeless... Doomed to fail... within an hour I had a tear in the fabric. Also please notice that customer service will ignore your complaint, and that only positive reviews will be shown on their website.... Which explain the impressive ratings on that!!!

Albeit delayed Acon24 customerservice (Laura) has reached out to me, and will replaced the tent fabric with the tear... She also assures me that there has been adjustment/improvement on the tent fabric. Will be interesting to see...

Poor instruction manual, difficult to install and there is no guarantee it will be safe for the kids to play

I'm a consultant and avid researcher before purchasing anything. ACON has been making trampolines forever, with an excellent reputation and their rebounders are what I believe to be the best in the industry. The price is also amazing, given the quality. Don't be fooled by high-priced rebounders of lesser quality. I had to stop running and even walking after an achilles tendon injury two years ago that never healed and once I started jumping, the morning stiffness and pain went away. I'm so happy with my purchase of the ACON 55" hexagon that I'm planning to buy the 44" round for another room in the house!

Appalling - I bought an ACON Air 16 Sport HD 2 years ago for £1400 - which I think is a lot of money for a trampoline - but having researched warrantees etc I though I was pretty safe. Despite not being used that much sadly, and despite the guarantee that you read when you purchase the product the trampoline mat now has 8 holes in it. On contacting the company and sending through numerous photographs I have been told that the holes are due to "fire" and that they will not replace this mat. There is no "fire" within the vicinity - we do not have a fire pit or a fire and the trampoline was at the end of the garden over 40m from the house. I strongly recommend you do not use this company and shop around - they do not honour their agreement but instead offer you a 10% discount on the mat I assume to stop you from leaving a review. This piece is now priced at 1900 euros - honestly it beggars belief. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
