This casino is a scam. I won $542. Instead of cashing out that evening I decided to cash out the following day due to the fact I wanted to play some more. BIG MISTAKE! By the time I logged back in that morning, all my winnings were gone! I spent months getting the run around from them and they never paid me. I literally tried everything I could and they could care less even though on their end they saw my winnings but still wouldn’t pay. I verified myself 5 times for them, did everything that was required on my end and they blew me off! Terrible customer service! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY. WHEN YOU WIN THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU!!

This site is horrible. Made a deposit then wasn't able to play. Then I finally got in and won. Tried to reedem my winnings and it keeps giving me an error message that my account has been blocked. Customer service is horrible. This site is definitely a scam. Don't waste your money on here because if you win you won't get it. I would prefer chumba they're legit.

I made two deposits of $19.99 from my bank card. they told me that I would be able to play in a tournament, so I did. Then I won $412.19 and tried to Have it transferred to my account. the same account my debit card was from when I made the deposit. after I filled out how much I wanted to transfer thru ACH they had me verify my identity. the program froze up Then I was told I could not be verified and now can't enjoy winnings that I paid for.
I can't get any help at all. No one will answer the phone, my emails, or the text on the site Someone help me, please.

This place has ZERO customer service
This place has ZERO customer service. Their chat has nobody responding and the phone number I have left a total of 5 messages over the past month and no one ever gets back with me. My issue is that I have setup a new account (and was assigned an ID number). I made several purchases. When I went back on the site with my email it assigned me a different ID and showed a ZERO balance. I am trying to resolve this but Acornfun has ZERO customer service. I do not recommend playing here and I will wait one more week and then be forced to CHARGE BACK as I can not access my initial account. I am hoping someone sees this and helps me!
