SCAM!!!
Avoid this so called company at all costs.
As stated in other reviews. This company will attempt to scam you with payment without a formal invoice with T & C's.
Just a matter of time before the police catch these criminals.

Totally agree with other reviewers. They pressurise you in to initial payment which you think is a one off then say you signed up for a year and keep coming back every 3 months for more money. Very difficult to get off their books. I begrudge giving them 1 star, but they did actually send out books to the school.

0/5 stars. I hate to put my review here under another company but this review is for “PRO-ACTIVE LEARNING SOLUTIONS LTD in Coventry”. They will keep calling and bugging you with rude demeanours, a fellow called “James” has the worse phone etiquette I have ever seen. Please please stay away from this company PRO-ACTIVE LEARNING SOLUTIONS LTD in Coventry” at all costs. Also if they keep threatening for balances, go straight to trading standards. They will be found very soon. This cannot go on for longer.

It seems like they are in need of this money to keep their fraudulent company running.

I will give everyone an update soon on this company as I deal with phoney companies on a daily basis.

But for now everyone stay away, from the company I’ve stated. They only a website & nothing else to link them back to their awful standards as a business.

TERRIBLE SCAM - I received a call from out the blue form a lady saying your sponsorship for a childrens book and it is ready to go and thanked me for it ? Now all I need to do is pay them £300 - I don't think so as I never heard or agreed to anything of the sorts ! - after receiving a phone call today asking me to pay - and myself refusing the guy got angry with me and started threatening me as " I verbally agreed to it " and asked me how I expect to get out of this contract, they have me recorded agreeing to it - at this point I said I'll let my solicitor deal with it - end of call ! But how outrageous that people use children to scam money out of business - Please do not pay them any money I've checked them out on Companies Houses and there is NOTHING happening with this company and there are reviews on here saying the same thing I am !

MASSIVE SCAM!!!
This company apparently called us back in September last year, to sponsor them for FREE to produce children's books, we are a small company located in coventry, they said they was also in coventry... They called 3 months later asking for a large amount of money!? They will try and pressure you by saying 'you verbally agreed to this' but they cant show you the phone call recording as to where you supposedly agreed???
They then used THREATENING behavior, which is NOT what you would expect from a company that works solely to HELP CHILDREN! What a massive joke.
If you get contacted by this company - tell Trading Standards IMMEDIATELY.

This company are 100% scammers, after a load of emotional stuff about supporting kids etc.. they initially ask you too freely sponsor a school, then after 3 months call again asking if you would like to continue, then send you an invoice for £299, then when you call to obviously cancel they then say you have verbally agreed to a quarterly campaign, that's actually £1200!!! and if you try and cancel you get threatened with legal action if you refuse to pay. Although they will take a cancellation fee, what they don't tell you that only overs the first quarter print run,(load of rubbish). They say only way to fully cancel is if you write into to their fictitious M.D to get him to agree to cancel the Verbal agreement within 7 days. I did not agree to their T&C's which I only saw when I received their invoice. My advice is report this company to UK trading standards as I have now done.

As a business owner I was called by this company using emotional blackmail basically to get me to buy books for schools. Being told it was a one off payment. Now they hound me telling me the account isn't closed, I owe more money, they are adding charges.
After my initial first and supposedly last payment they want more!
Wish I had never bothered with this company. Its just a massive con.
Do not agree anything with these people.

Absolute scam.

Had a call last week apparently my company agreed to a contract without even seeing a contract or verbally agreeing to anything, after I was rudely told that my company would be held responsible for not supporting children (emotional blackmail ). They also added I would occur charges for not paying for this , wow ... I have run businesses for many years and whoever runs this company needs to stop scamming people out of money.

Do NOT TRUST at all

These people keep ringing me and asking me to pay an invoice I never agreed to or made. They are scammers. How can I report them?

Absolute scammers. Called claiming they had previously spoke to us and made an agreement. All our calls are recored, there was nothing from them. They are constantly chasing payment for books for schools which we have not agreed. Now wont stop chasing for money in such a rude aggressive way.

Just hang up if they call you!

Thank you for this excellent training session. 2 days in English to improve our presentation skills give us ways of progress. preparation , self confidence, take-away, how to end, etc.
