Hey Hassan, I just checked on your order. I can see there is two orders 1x $20.27 Mystery Box & 1x $20.06 Mystery Box & you received a 3mm rope chain twice. In both mystery boxes. Every mystery box should be different, so I've followed up with our fulfilment team to get this fixed.

Scammers ordered silver and mossianite chain . when it arrived I had it checked it was silver plated copper and cz when I showed them this I was told this was just a gift while my silver and mossinate piece was being made as their was a production issue told to wait a few weeks while it was being made have been told this several times now ordered in November its now February stay away

To clarify, some moissanite pieces were previously shipped with a temporary CZ placeholder while the custom moissanite version was being produced. This was disclosed on the product page and at checkout, but we understand that longer-than-expected production times can still feel disappointing — and for that, we sincerely apologize.
We’ve taken feedback like yours seriously and have made a major operational change. By April 1st, Adamans will be moving away from placeholder shipments entirely, with moissanite pieces shipping directly within 1–2 days to avoid situations like this going forward.

Stay away from this company. They are dishonest in what they sell to the public. I bought two moissanite cross pendants from Adamans and they shipped me CZ. Now I can’t give someone their Christmas gift because I was sold fake product. I wish I would have found these reviews earlier, I would have saved myself the trouble of even dealing with them.

We want to be fully transparent here. At the time of your order, certain moissanite pieces were fulfilled with a temporary CZ placeholder while the made-to-order moissanite version was being completed. This process is clearly disclosed on our product pages and at checkout, but we understand it hasn’t worked for everyone and we take that feedback seriously.
Because of situations like this, we’ve made a major operational change. By April 1st, Adamans will be moving away from all placeholder shipments entirely, with moissanite pieces shipping directly within 1–2 days from our fulfilment center.
Our intention has never been to mislead anyone, and we’re actively improving our fulfilment process to make the experience clearer and faster for customers going forward. After nearly a full month of back-and-forth emails (multiple times per week), I can confirm that the negative reviews about this company are accurate.
I placed a holiday order during a major promotion for three jewelry pieces advertised as 925 sterling silver, gold-plated, with moissanite stones. What I received instead were cubic zirconia stones set in cheap, gold-plated base metal — not sterling silver. The difference was immediately obvious.
To make matters worse, each item was shipped with GRA certificates falsely claiming the stones were moissanite. I had jewler personally verified the stones — they are cubic zirconia.
I contacted customer service and provided photos, documentation, and the certificates they themselves included. Two separate representatives acknowledged the mistake and confirmed the items were incorrect. I was told the cubic zirconia pieces were sent intentionally “so I would have something” while my real moissanite order was produced, and that I could keep the incorrect jewelry.
After weeks of follow-ups, a third representative suddenly claimed the entire promotion was a “system glitch” and refused to honor the advertised order — a textbook bait-and-switch.
When I requested a refund, I was told I would be charged a 15% restocking fee for their mistake.
Here’s the most telling part: the moment I mentioned that I would involve my American Express, I received a reimbursement notification within 30 minutes.
Something they could have resolved five weeks earlier without wasting my time.
This company is reckless, unprofessional, and deceptive. If you look closely, you’ll also notice they now operate under a different name on review platforms "The Jewellery Company"
"adamansjewellery.com", which appears to be an attempt to bury negative reviews.
Bottom line: They advertise sterling silver and moissanite, ship cubic zirconia in cheap metal with misleading certification, and only act when a major credit card company is involved.
Do not waste your hard-earned money.

We strongly disagree with the characterisation of this experience and need to clarify several points for accuracy.
You placed an order during a high-volume holiday promotion that included made-to-order moissanite items. As explained in our email correspondence, some promotional orders are fulfilled using staged dispatch during peak production periods. This means a temporary placeholder shipment may be sent first while the final moissanite pieces are completed. This is done to secure promotional pricing and production allocation and is not a bait-and-switch.
The placeholder items are not represented as the final moissanite delivery, and customers are always given clear options to:
• wait for the final moissanite pieces
• cancel the order
• or receive a refund
Regarding certification: GRA cards are informational grading cards, not laboratory diamond certificates, and they do not authenticate precious metal content. Their inclusion does not constitute proof of stone material and is standard within the moissanite industry.
At no point did we refuse to honor a legitimate order. Where expectations or timelines changed, refunds were offered in accordance with our policies. Once payment providers are mentioned or disputes are opened, resolution timelines can accelerate as part of standard compliance procedures — this is not an admission of wrongdoing.
We categorically deny selling non-sterling items as sterling silver, engaging in bait-and-switch practices, or operating under alternate names to mislead customers. Adamans Jewellery operates transparently under a registered business entity, and our domains and review listings are publicly verifiable.
We ship a significant volume of orders each month, the majority of which are independently tested and verified by customers or local jewelers without issue.
We consider this matter resolved and have already issued the appropriate resolution. We will not engage in further public back-and-forth, but we stand by our products, processes, and customer outcomes.

Setting Improper Expectations
The product itself on my first order was fine and I assume the order in transit right now will be a well. The issue for me is that your company fails at setting proper expectations around delivery time frames. 2-3 days is what is quoted and weeks for custom work. Ive only ordered standard things so the initial time frame should have applied hower it took longer than expected. My second order is set to arive almostva week after is quoted arrival date. Its OK to under-promise and over deliver, but its never ok to over promise and under deliver. If you said it takes 7 to 10 business days which ends up being like 14 days in reality that would be better because if it shows up early id go WOW. Additionally when the first item was late I received and email stating I would get a gift as an apology and an additional 10 or 20% off my next purchase neither of which happened. Again I dont care about the gift or the extra percentage since prices are already reasonable its the fact that again in a separate instance you guys are setting improper expectations. So quality Good, truthful communication bad.

We’re genuinely glad the product quality was good, but we completely understand how frustrating it is when delivery expectations don’t match reality. Over-promising and then arriving late is not the experience we want anyone to have, especially when you ordered standard items and the original timeframe should’ve been accurate.
You also shouldn’t have been told you’d receive a gift or an extra discount and then not had that followed through — that’s on us, and it’s not acceptable.
We’re actively improving our shipping communication so the timeframes shown are realistic (and leave room for real-world delays), because we agree: it’s always better to under-promise and over-deliver.
If you can message us your order number, we’ll personally look into both orders and make sure the apology offer is honored properly.
