I had a lovely experience with Adams Kaye, Autumn and her colleagues. Conveyancing is not a sector that is famous for good customer service but this team far exceeded all expectations. I am delighted with the service and highly recommend them.

Enxhi and Autumn did a great job in managing and handling our house sale and new house purchase. They explained things clearly in a jargon free way and kept us informed and up to date through out the process.

I used Adams Kaye to sell my London flat. I would certainly use them again. My contact was Mr Joshua Tellvik and his support was outstanding. He was always on hand to advise and support and he kept me fully updated on every aspect of the transaction which was reasonably complex given it was an apartment on the 11th floor. Nothing was any trouble. The fees charged were most reasonable and I would not hesitate in highly recommending Adams Kaye if you have a property to sell. A very happy customer. Thank you.

I would highly recommend Joshua and Charles from Adams Kaye. They were pleasant to deal with, knowledgable, persistent and extremely quick to reply to my email queries. I would definitely use again.

Good for simple purchases (e.g. you already have the mortgage signed off, you already have the deposit on your account, but the only source is your salary and similar and no issues with the searches).
If it is anything more complex than that (if you have overseas funds, don't even start with them), they won't be capable to support. That is definitely out of their reach.

Incompetent. Failed to submit lease extension in August. Failed to spell names on lease correctly so had to be resubmitted. Asked for double the fees despite quoting for job in July. No apology. For a sale without a chain but needing lease extension (to state 999 years and word peppercorn).

I have used Adams Kaye a few times now on a few property transactions and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
They are disrupting the market with a customer first approach. The service is unbelievably good ( responsive, proactive, friendly ) . Nothing is too much trouble and all or amazing value for money. To round off what strikes me most is their incredible integrity - they do their profession proud and am immensely thankful for their unprecedented first class service.

Enxhi from Adams Kaye is outstanding. I’ve previously not had the most positive experiences with other law firms, however Enxhi has restored my faith in solicitors! Throughout the ups and downs of a property sale and purchase, Enxhi was extremely prompt to address matters whilst keeping communication transparent and solution-focused. She is diligent and professional whilst also being reassuring throughout the whole process. The whole Adams Kaye team are very dedicated and all work together to make sure enquiries are dealt with swiftly.
