Poor quality vans. I rented a van for 5 days for 9 people and the car I was promised was supposed to be a car maximum 3 years of age. The car I got was 11 years old. There were no threads left on the tires, there were cigarette ashes on the floor. AC was partially working. We were unable to open the door from inside. I was told it has prepaid HGS (toll road) on the vehicle but when we were passing the check point, the light was turning red meaning we were passing without prepaid HGS. We were lied about it. When we returned the car, we were told they will pay the HGS and it is their problem now but then again someone from the same office asked for 10 TL and collected that from my brother for HGS fee. Had I known about this, I would have not paid it. He also asked for 50 TL to wash the car. Outside of the car had many scratches and dents. It was a complete rip off. The office workers were not professionals. Insurance covers nothing. God forbid, if you happen to be in an accident, you are screwed! I would never do business again with this company, nor do I recommend it to anyone! Stay away from Adanacar!
