Adaptainer Avis

I've dealt with Adaptainer for a long time and feel I can trust them 100% They do use different people to deliver sometimes though and some are better than others. Also rather a long winded ordering process as I had to keep ringing back to see what was happening.

First class service will use again great communication skills

Very helpful and always at the end of the phone

Delivery driver was brilliant with a really difficult space to negotiate.

Well priced/easily ordered/arrived on due date and driver helpful.

Good communication, quick delivery, friendly driver. Very good service.

Excellent service well informed will be buying again, delivery spot on very helpful driver

Received the container quickly, the delivery driver was 100% helpful couldn’t fault the service or the product, I received exactly what I asked for, I will use them again.
Keep it up 5* from me.

All as described and the Driver who delivered as great.

Very smooth experience from 1st contact to delivery.
Have dealt with Adatainer for some time now and have always had good experience.
Sales staff are very helpful, transport has always been good.

great product and excellent service

Great service from Adaptainers! We ordered two containers and they were delivered quickly in excellent condition. The customer service was excellent at keeping us informed and the delivery company they use are also excellent. Highly recommend!

I used Adaptainer to purchase 6 containers. Georgia Robertson sent me a competitive quote and being local to us (Colchester), we chose to go ahead.
Clear communication from Chloe Pink in transport regarding scheduling the delivery. The delivery Operatives delivered the containers to the site and it all went smoothly with containers placed neatly together in a line. No trouble at all.

Perfect and easy transaction very helpful kept me informed and brilliant service would highly recommend, called and gave me a time the day before driver delivered no problem, and fast delivery thanks again

Very seamless and easy buying process. Quick quote helpful staff, nice driver and great end product.

I’ve bought several new containers from Adaptainer. The service is good from start to finish. I like the XL vents and combined with Grafotherm it gives my storage customers confidence that their units won’t get condensation.
They use excellent hauliers and in the 5 purchases I’ve made with them, I have been very satisfied with the experience

The hire process is all quick and simple, the hire team went the extra mile when I needed a container faster than is the standard. The team accommodated that by being incredibly responsive processing the hire agreement, finding a haulier with availability and genuinely can't thank the team enough to make it happen and overcome a constraint of my own making

Fabulous Product. Fabulous Service from start to finish. Delivery time accommodated to swerve an unforeseen timing problem on my part.
Container looks like it has come straight out of the factory. Could not be more highly delighted.
I would highly recommend Adaptainer.

It has been a pleasure to do business with Adaptainer and their sister company Qube Containers.
The staff are extremely helpful and efficient and went to extra lengths to ensure customer satisfaction.
The prices are very competitive and the service is brilliant, can not fault them at all.
