Adaptainer Avis

Very happy with the whole process, staff were very helpful and accommodating, all queries answered quickly and more importantly the container delivered and positioned in good time.

Many thanks to all.

5 star professional company to deal with, will be the only place we will continue to buy containers from having delt with them twice now, same high standard both times

Really responsive to questions and sending them a video of the site and assess was really reassuring

A pleasure to deal with Katie who was patient, competent and friendly.
The container is also great.
Thank you
Nick

From start of the enquiry to delivery, First class service from all involved, I would totally recommend Adaptainer to anybody looking for a container

Fantastic experience from start to finish - really good communication- knew exactly where my order was and when it would arrive. Very efficient friendly service. Delivery driver superb - friendly and extremely skilled - very impressed. Would thoroughly recommend Adaptainer.

Bought many containers over the years from Adaptainer. Great company to deal with! Good pricing, fast delivery and the XL vents are a winner! Thanks Victoria and team for all of your help!

Great experience ordered 3 new containers defo cheapest on the market love the vents would recommend to anyone for a container

Just had a new ( used once ) 20ft container delivered for personal item storage. I`ve got to say i`m very pleased and so glad i went for the better grade option.
It`s only 3 months old as confirmed by the date of manufacture on the certificate plate, the inside is immaculate and clearly has not had fork lift trucks driving in and out of it so must have been unloaded by hand.
The outside is excellent but sadly let down slightly by the marks made by the chains that were used when being unloaded. Some simple sleeves on the chains would have prevented the scratches on all 4 corners and along the top rails.
I`ve ordered some RAL6007 paint to sort out the scratches before the dreaded rust gets hold.
I plan on keeping this container so a roof cover has also been ordered.
It was unloaded onto railway sleepers to give a good air flow underneath so that along with the XL Vent System so hopefully help to control moisture.
All in it was a very good price including delivery.

Ordered 2 x 20ft containers with power. Everyone involved was very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The driver who delivered the containers was also very helpful and made sure everything was level and stable. 5 star review for 5 star service. Thank you.

I contacted Adaptainer to get a quote and was greeted by a friendly young lady I ordered the 40ft container as we were moving and required our furniture to be stored until our house had been refurbished I found the company to be very efficient in organising its delivery and can’t thank Rich the driver who delivered the container he was very helpful and very skilful in placing the container over our garden fence and placing it by our garage thank you adaptations and Rich for your patience and skill in driving your arctic truck

Outstanding Company, from initial contact to delivery they couldn’t of been more professional. I purchased a one trip as new 20ft shipping container with the XL vents for the most competitive price. Molly in transport was so helpful and delivery went like clockwork, the delivery drivers skill in manoeuvring the container was exceptional and he even commented on how great Adaptainer was to work with.

From handling our initial enquiry, through to making delivery and collection arrangements, the team at Adaptainer were polite, efficient and incredibly helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Adaptainer to anybody looking to hire a container.

The containers are great quality and condition, overall very happy.

Highly recommend if you want quality and great customer service.

Excellent service from start to finish. The sales team answered all of my questions, responding promptly in the process. We were very pleased with the container received and the professional manner the driver carried out delivery and location in what was a tight space.
Job well done.

Great service from beginning to the end. Container was delivered on time, on the day allocated by a very professional driver. Big Thanks to Sophie Milson for her amazing and professional work! Highly recommended!

The containers are now supplied with the XL vents which when combined with the other vents seem to eliminate condensation. I would definitely recommend Adaptainer when purchasing a new container.

I would like to praise all the team at Adaptainer for a great job from start to finish. From my initial contact with Lawrence in sales through to Russ the exceptional delivery driver the whole process was well communicated and executed. On the day of delivery the box arrived slightly ahead of schedule and was placed exactly where my client needed it, this was a very tight, long driveway with numerous challenges of close buildings and overhanging trees. Russ was a truly amazingly skilled driver with a can do attitude that was refreshing to see and very appreciated. The container is spotless and my client is very happy which is of paramount importance to me. Don’t bother going anywhere else these guys deliver in all aspects!

Excellent service. A quality container ideal for my needs.
