James and team are reliable.

I’m really pleased with the quality of the media wall installed in my home. The team did an excellent job, and the finished result looks fantastic. Their workmanship is impressive, and I genuinely appreciate the effort and skill that went into delivering such a high-quality finish.

The only area where I feel there is room for improvement is communication. At times, communication could have been clearer, particularly regarding costs and any changes to the original expectations. As a result, the final amount I paid was higher than I had anticipated.

Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of the work, and I would certainly encourage the team to maintain their excellent standards while placing a little more emphasis on clear, timely communication with customers, especially when additional costs may arise.

Thank you for the great work on my media wall. I’m happy with the final result and hope this feedback helps the team continue to improve and deliver an even better customer experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality media wall installation.

We did state what the costs would be regarding installing your own unit your bought, I'm sorry you thought the communication wasn't sufficient.

Please take into consideration we had too come back to install a product that wasn't from us and the time we made booking you in for another day was a gesture as good will, because you needed it completed.

First Class Service

I would absolutely recommend Adapt Media Walls to anyone considering having one. From the initial enquiry to the installation they provided a first class service, excellent workmanship, and are very serious regarding customer satisfaction. They were highly recommended to me, and after dealing with them I can absolutely endorse that recommendation - if you're considering having a media wall installation, in my opinion you needn't look anywhere else. We recently had a media wall installed

We recently had a media wall installed in our home in Burnage, Manchester, by AdaptMedia Walls, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

Paul did a fantastic job. His workmanship was excellent, and the finished media wall looks amazing. He was professional, skilled, and clearly takes pride in his work.

Media wall

From start to finish was a easy process. The lads who fitted my media wall was great very polite and Curtious and got on with the job. And most of all the work carried out was spot on , my media wall looks great.

Bespoke media wall

We wanted a bespoke media wall and Paul and the team did a fantastic job. They worked really hard and always talked us through every stage of the build. The team were friendly, took care of our house and always cleaned before they left. They are such a good team I will definitely recommend them to any friends or family who need any work doing.

Excellent quality and value

Paul and the team were excellent start to finish. Came round to measure and go through his options and provided expert advice on fireplaces and and design options. Booked a date and we're here half 8 in the morning, had the whole thing done by 3. Paul then provided the plasterer as part of package who came and did a professional job. Excellent pricing and quality.
