Was wary of ordering due to a few negative reviews. Was aware that returns have to be paid for so was careful what I ordered . Also followed the advice to order a large instead of medium as clothes seem small fitting. The clothes fit perfect and quality very good .i kept everything . Delivery was good within two days ! If you are size 12 to 14 a large would fit better than a medium in my opinion .

I recently came across this store and thought I'll give it a try, although on a previous visit I did notice that staff weren't so friendly and were very subtly passive aggressive, but I didn't take it personally as I was only having a quick browse at the time. I can't stress enough how terrible their in person customer service is. I don't think they even understand what that is on a serious note. A pair of jeans I purchased from their Wood Green branch was already damaged before I purchased it in store and I didn't realise it, because it was in a discreet part of the clothing I guess. However the sales assistant that processed the transaction also didn't point it out to me or discount it for me; bear in mind these were a full priced item, so not a sale item. In a few weeks (although after 28 days), I notice it one day and decided to take it back into the store explaining the situation. The so called manager there and her worker couldn't care less about the situation, explaining that it's past 28 days and they don't care as there's nothing that they can do. They were so quick to dump the blame on me, simply because I explained that I'd tried it on on store before purchasing it, obviously. I'm not the only customer who does this. Long story short, they refused to give me contact details of HR or someone I can speak to, and practically enjoyed arguing with me on the shop floor in front of all the other customers.

Addax, your business is disgusting and you should consider hiring actual mature adults instead of letting 17 year olds run the store with a stinking attitude. I feel sick 🤢 that I've purchased from such a discriminating company. ABSOLUTE FILTH!

I sent off a returns from an online order I did and I tracked the package and it said it got delivered. I have not received an email or my refund.
I have tried to email but it says the email is invalid. Absolutely disgusting!

terrible customer service! I ordered and nothing.. I emailed no reply.. I called and was put on hold for an hour each time then cut off, so I tried calling sales, they answered straight away or course! but I asked for help and they said they couldn't! terrible service please dont shop here

I love addax, theyre good quality clothes for amazing prices, im awaiting another online order from them now. Havent heard anything bad about their clothes and i suggest it to everyone!

very rude at the till and charged me extra so when i told the lady she said the refund would happen in 3 days but she made me pay again,so i spent double the money i wanted to spend.Then i got shouted at by other people and the lady didn’t even say sorry.very bad service and rude workers.

Missing 3x items from my order and sent the wrong jeans. Emailed but received no response.

At first I was a bit hesitant to buy clothes from this cute little unknown online shop, but after my order arrived and saw how good the quality of the product were, I was amazed!
Definitely would purchase from them again!
If I could give 10/10 I would!

honestly, the prices of this website seemed too good to be true however it is a legitimate website with great quality products at prices you just can't refuse!
