Addicted To Audio Avis 

I wasn't entirely sure if the components I was ordering would be compatible. I emailed Addicted To Audio with queries about this, and they responding promptly with a very helpful reply. I ordered the stuff I needed and the team reached out to organise a delivery time almost straight away. I received everything shortly after via courier and the team reached out to make sure I received everything and it was all as expected and working, which it was :)

Overall 5/5, so nice to deal with actual people who are friendly and helpful instead of automated messages and/or unhelpful FAQ pages.

Truly a pleasure to have order from, and will be my first place to visit if I need anything audio tech related again in the future.

I recommend Addicted to Audio for three main reasons:
1. I live in Armidale, regional NSW. During a recent visit to Sydney, I went to the Newtown store to inquire about updating my amplifier and speakers. Lawson, the sales assistant, informed me of the ELAC Vela 404.2 bookshelf speakers that were on sale. Rather than pushing for a new amplifier purchase, he advised me to try these new speakers with my existing amplifier. I was impressed by his extensive product knowledge and the time he took to explain the features. I appreciated that he didn’t pressure me into buying more than I needed.
2. After returning to Armidale, I connected the new speakers to my amplifier, which worked well. I then called the Newtown store seeking advice on streaming options to play music from my phone through the system. The salesperson provided helpful recommendations on two different products. I subsequently purchased the Argon SOLO Streamer via their website, and the item arrived within two days.
3. After further consideration (and consulting AI), I decided to upgrade my amplifier, which meant I no longer needed the Argon SOLO Streamer. I contacted Mat from the online store to arrange a return and to discuss purchasing a new amplifier. Although I felt a bit embarrassed about changing my mind, Mat quickly put me at ease with his friendly, prompt and clear communication. He arranged a refund (minus a fee) for the unopened package. Mat also advised me not to rely solely on AI recommendations and did not pressure me into making a purchase. When he realised I was committed to buying a new amplifier, Mat patiently helped me compare two models within my budget. I ultimately purchased the Lyngdorf TDAI-1120 Integrated Amplifier with RoomPerfect and am extremely happy with my purchase.

This level of service, product knowledge, and customer care from Addicted to Audio truly impressed me and is why I highly recommend them.

Mat was excellent in demonstrating various equipment options and providing advice. our final choices are fantastic as they were delivered yesterday as promise. We are now listening to my music with an amazing sound.

I had a question about the product when it arrived and they answered my email within minutes, were super helpful and responsive, and was lovely to correspond with a human straight away rather than a bot or an automatic email reply.

Matt from Addicted to audio assisted me with an enquiry regarding the LISST tubes. He was very prompt, quickly located two additional LISST tube for me, and arranged for them to be shipped out as soon as possible. His communication was professional, friendly, and responsive throughout the process.

Took advantage of ATA's fabulous discount on a pair of Epicon 6 speakers. Previously thought of as an out of reach dream.
Had a hiccup of a 'DOA' mid woofer. The ATA crew (Trent in particular) did a wonderful job of organising the remedy. Their clear and concise communication is to be highly commended.
I sit listening to these wonderful speakers in full knowledge that I went to the right people for the right product.

Nothing wrong with addicted to audio . I ordered the FINAL liberty mk 2 earbuds which were reduced to 149 AUD . It's which way you flip the coin in thinking why are they reduced from their market value of 465 AUD on amazon ? Quite clearly the product is sub standard its like listening to muffled drums from the bottom of a bucket . The app is basic and does nothing to improve sound . i should have been aware of this audio companies fraud years back i purchased a pair of expensive in ear wired devices with the brand name FINAL when after a short time the left channel ceased to work . the retailer refused a refund since they were only recently out of warranty .packaging is elaborate but beware of the disguise steer clear of FINAL

Great customer service with great knowledge of the issue I was having with interference with a usb c adapter connected to a iD24 audio unit, recommenced the iDefender Max usb c and it solved all my issues. Will purchase from them again

The staff at Addicted To Audio assisted me through the whole ordering process of me purchasing a Hiby Digital M300. They were kind to get the product from interstate so that I was able to purchase one without having to search overseas websites and having a lack of warranty support.

I was very pleased with the service from Addicted to Audio. I received follow up emails from Mat, filling me in on how my shipment was going and also checking in about whether my order was delivered safely.
I appreciated this simple yet thoughtful service, as you don't always get it these days. Not to mention the awesome deal I got on my Q Acoustic speakers.

Buyer beware! I rarely write reviews, but Addicted to Audio has a store policy of not accepting returns on opened products. They also charge a 10% restocking fee, plus handling, merchant transaction, and freight recovery fees on sealed products.

The customer service was also disappointing. It took several days to receive a response, and they ultimately recommended that I resell my opened but unused product on an online marketplace. This is time-consuming and results in a direct financial loss to the customer.

There are better alternatives to Addicted to Audio with more consumer-friendly return policies and better customer service.

Very happy with the service, ordered Friday, delivered the following Tuesday, plenty of progress updates and prompt responses to an enquiry mid-order. Everything arrived in perfect condition.
