1st time customer, my bag arrived today, it was ordered just before the Easter Weekend, dispatched quickly and sent via Royal Mail guaranteed 1pm (at no extra cost, may I add). Love the little note, personal touch and a little thankyou gift. This bag was better than described, I am thrilled to bits. I have a lovely bag, priced well and delivered quickly. I suspect I may order something again another time.

Just received my YSL LouLou and I am blown away with the condition of the bag with the price I paid. This is my first designer bag that I’ve bought preloved as I’ve always been nervous of the condition/authenticity but I’ll definitely be buying from Addicted To Handbags again!
Even with the Easter bank holidays, shipping was still super fast too.

Thanks for your recent order! As noted on our social media pages we are based between Aberdeen and London - however shipping is via Royal Mail Special Delivery so we can ship anywhere in the UK. Unfortunately we don’t have a physical store so aren’t able to offer collection from any location. Hope you enjoy using your new bag!
