Very Worst Management Service to the Guardians who have rented
No proper management at all. Not even attending calls to reply the guardians who have rented the house. I am calling them to replace or check the boiler issue from December 2024 starting but they didnt even consider it. Now from December 23rd our boiler triggered CO alarm and we raised emergency complaint after which the boiler is completely shutdown for the past 10 days but still they have not taken any action to replace the boiler. We are suffering without hot water for 10 days till now there is no action at all. Very worst management for each and every things I have to ask them so many times but they are so concerned about the rent alone. Very worst service.
