They took my deposit and never delivered my bed
I ordered a bed from an expo in November 2025. I had to pay a $500 deposit when I made the order. I was emailed a contract saying they'd would make contact withn 24 hours and delivery was guaranteed in 3 days. After a week of no contact I called them and was told there was no beds available in my size and if I still wanted one id have to wait until the new year. I was still happy to wait. At the end of January I still hadn't heard anything so I called again they said it would be delivered mid February. By the end of march I was finally tired of waiting, they hadn't contacted me, not even once in the 4 months id been waiting. I called and said I wanted to cancel my order and I wanted my $500 refunded. I was told I had to email so they had it in writing. After a few days and no reply I called again and was told i had to wait at least 72 hours for a reply. Well its now the end of August so thats 5 months and I still haven't had a reply to my email, no phone call, no refund. And the most disappointing part is the bed was really comfortable and I was so excited about buying it.
