The bags arrived quickly. The quality is beautiful and just as advertised!! I am looking forward to wearing them.

First order went fine. Customer service was non existent for the second order. They never replied to my chat responses, my phone messages, or emails when . I finally found out the order was arriving too late to use when the info appeared in my account.
Quality is on par with the price so no problems from that perspective.

Beautiful bags

Love my Adoratti tote bags I recently bought! The leather is soft and in good quality, the stitching is neat and well done, the design is a great combination of fashion and function. If you’re looking for a bag that’s elegant, fashionable and practical, I would definitely recommend it. Also their customer service is awesome, especially thank Karen for her kind help!

I absolutely LOVE these purses! I'm a big purse girl, and these purses are the perfect size. The "soft stone" is the best color. Online it looked more "vanilla", so I was apprehensive about ordering it, but went ahead and did so. The color is a taupy soft color, absolutely neutral and gorgeous. I'm so glad I ordered these. Seriously get yourself one or more of these purses, you will be glad you did!

This bag is absolutely beautiful. I do it. The strap was a bit longer but other than that, I love it. The color is perfect. Red can be a hard color sometimes it has too much orange sometimes it has too much blue but this red is absolutely perfect.

The leather is soft and smells heavenly for a pocketbook. Love the colors ,size and flexibility it gives me. Price was really good

The packaging was terrible. The bags did not come in the sack as you show in your advertisement. The bags were just wrapped in plastic and put into a box. Very disappointing and deceptive.

I very disappointed in this company. I trying to cancel this order. There told me NO. Its was one week before I received this item . I don't wanted this item . I not happy with this company. The website don't let you cancel.

I received two bags for the price of one. Both bags were exceptional. The durability and functionality were beyond what I expected. It holds a lot! I gave the second as a gift and it was perfect.

I received spam from this company .. I suspect they're related to another company (Pampora) that I tried to buy a bag off years ago and constantly had to ask them to remove me from the mailing list. I see from Pampora leather on here that their score is now 2.8.

Absolutely love the bags

The handbags came in a box wherein I thought they’re carefully and thoughtfully packed which I really appreciated. Both bags came as expected. While I was a bit worried about some staining with the Burgundy one, It doesn’t seem like it when I tried to rub a tissue off the inside lining and also worth mentioning that the leather scent isn’t too strong.

Consumer BEWARE. I was billed for an order I never received. Sent over 6 emails requesting resolution with proof of non delivery via Shopify. I left voicemails on a very generic non business like phone number. Never got any responses. I am questioning if this is even a real business in practice?

Beautiful bag. So far sturdy and well made. Love the leather feel and smell of the bag. Would recommend.
