The absolute worst experience. Buyer BEWARE!!!
In June of 2025 I bought a driving experience ($1000) for my son's 30th birthday that was to take place on January 4th, 2026 at Firebird Raceway in Chandler Arizona.
On the scheduled event date the family and 10 of my son's friends head out to Firebird, guess what no event. No communication for Adrenaline of no event. First I called Adrenaline on Sunday afternoon, did not get an option to leave a message. Called Monday, explained what happened, was told someone would call back, WRONG radio silence, called today Jan 7th, was told refund was not an option, ask to speak to a manager, well that went into a rabbit hole. I spoke with the race vendor and at the time I booked the gift, was told 2026 dates had not been released....they pulled dates out of the dirty side to get my money???? In closing how can Adrenaline refuse a refund if the event was never scheduled to happen on Jan 4th? In all I'm out over $1400 (race package & sons airfare). I'm going to call Adrenaline one more time in hopes they will make it right, not holding my breath, before I call the family attorney. I will update progress.
UPDATE: more lies? Nothing stated in their response is true. My credit card shows no refund and no email was received on October 7th.

Please understand for any debit or credit refund banks will commonly take between 1-3 days to process between cards, merchants, and customers. The receipt we provided confirmed your refund was sent and likely the funds landed yesterday back to the same method of purchase. I'm sure if you check with your bank they'll share this also and your funds will likely have landed Thursday or Friday this past week.

We’re very sorry for the frustration this situation caused and understand how disappointing it must have been, especially for a milestone birthday celebration.

To clarify the outcome: once we were made aware that the scheduled experience could not proceed as expected, our team immediately worked with the race vendor to confirm available options. We reached out to offer alternate dates for rescheduling, which is often the fastest way to preserve the experience. When rescheduling was declined on October 7th, we processed a full refund (trans id: bfvdv6yt) in accordance with our terms and conditions.

The refund has already been completed in full, and confirmation was sent to the email address associated with the booking. If that email is not visible, we recommend checking spam or filtered folders.

I just can't say enough about Adrenaline!!
Brendan was so informed and helped me to choose just the right package for my husband.
The certificates arrived in a very impressive case to present to my husband.
I can't wait to see the look on his face, when he opens this for our 40th Wedding Anniversary!

My experience was a bit different

My experience was a bit different. It was 5 o’clock the week before we were heading to Southlake Tahoe. My cousins are coming from New Jersey so I wanted to take the gondola up to the top of heavenly and I googled Tahoe tram I got the Palisade tram, which is on the other side of the lake, not realizing this and booked it for 300 and some odd dollars my husband pointed out. Wait a minute that’s on North Shore. So dummy me I panicked and I called this number at 5:30 at night thinking OK I just lost $300 because it was already taken out of my card. I left a voicemail and within five minutes a lovely gentleman that sounded like Keith Urban with his accent came on, called me down and immediately canceled the charge on my card said he completely understood. I would definitely book this tram when my husband and I are by ourselves and wanna take that drive around the lake I was totally appreciative and felt like I was working with a completely reputable company. Thank you again young man for helping me so late in the day.😉

Please make it safe for others

Whilst visiting here. They allowed kids back in even tho They've been causing problems prior to our visit. We felt uncomfortable being here as saftey was a massive concern. Poor workers were left to deal with situations they Couldn't control while others workers watched from afar not helping with about 20 boys and girls getting rough with each other, leaving little children in the crossfire. They need to band people who cant follow rules as there making experience for others awful.

Unfair Partial Refund & Lack of Transparency

Dear [Adrenaline Customer Support],

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of transparency in your services. Despite following all due processes and speaking with customer support multiple times, I was never informed that I would not receive a full refund. The entire process was time-consuming, and at no point was this critical information disclosed to me.

I also want to emphasize that I communicated my concerns to you within 24 hours of my booking, yet I was still denied a full refund. Additionally, I took the initiative to point out inaccuracies in the tour description and title, specifically the misleading inclusion of "Jurassic." Even the Safari tour provider confirmed that they had previously requested Adrenaline to correct these details. The tour provider was incredibly understanding and willing to issue a full refund, but they were unable to do so because my booking was made through Adrenaline.

It is unacceptable that I am being penalized due to Adrenaline’s lack of clear communication and misleading descriptions. Given that I reached out within 24 hours and the error was on your part, I request a full refund immediately. If this matter is not resolved fairly, I will have no choice but to escalate it further.

I expect your prompt response and resolution.

Blackmailed into paying more


...Booked a helicopter ride in Hawaii and provided numbers and weight(kg)of 4 individuals. I was then given the cost for 4 and paid. Next day I was then given a call saying one person was above a weight limit (border line). I was told to pay for another seat. Tried to cancel but they don’t cancel.hmmm. They had the weights when first booking why was that not reflected at paying. I was essentially blackmailed into buying a so called “comfort seat” or not go on and loose my original payment. They said it was quoted on the website and it I look after going back and reading it which is given at the lower part of the page in pounds. However, they knew my weight on quote and payout but chose not to include it in the quote. Not only did they do this but the pictures of what I will get to see was nothing like what I actually got. False advertising. The pictures on the webpage shows lava flowing and bright red and orange. All i saw was a few bits of smoke and solidified lava, nothing that came close to their pictures. I have used them before but never again. Be careful of this guys.

The first 2 restaurants were great. Didn’t care for the food in Crossroads. Our guide did a great job. Directions could be better info.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! You may pay less money if you book directly with the tour operator instead of Adrenaline. Their website stated that they had a holiday discount, and that no code was needed--that the discount would be applied at checkout. I was not given the discount, even though I checked a box that indicated I was purchasing the tour as a gift (granted, to myself!) I called the tour operator (they were lovely), but because I'd made the reservation through Adrenaline they couldn't help me. I called the booking service, and they refused to honor the discount. My friend booked the same tour, and it took three phone calls to get the discounted rate. They claim that they "can't" give me the discount or a refund. This is not true. They can, but choose not to. Apparently you need to buy a gift certificate, then apply the gift certificate when making the purchase. I found Adrenaline's website to be confusing and deceptive. I travel a lot, but will never use Adrenaline.

If I could give Adenaline a 0 rating, I would. Highly unprofessional individuals behind the scenes. I’m still waiting for my phone call from a booking I made on April 20th for my daughter 15th birthday. Was told on multiple occasions I would get a phone call back in 15 minutes. Still waiting. Thank you for ruining birthday experiences.

My family booked 3 helicopter tours of…

My family booked 3 helicopter tours of the Grand Canyon through Adrenaline (booking agent) for Papillion Helicopter. Papillion was great with communication, professionalism, etc. The issue was with Adrenaline. Our tour was initially canceled by Papillion due to high winds and rescheduled for the next day, which ended up being cancelled as well due to snow (in April)!! We were leaving the area and unable to rebook, Papillion said the refund would be processed in 7-10 days. After day 10, I checked with Papillion who said Adrenaline was holding it up and to call them ($811 total paid). I called Adrenaline and the employee was terrible stating that I had to APPLY for a refund - you've got to be kidding me. He wanted to make sure that we didn't take the flight and then try to scam them for the refund. I suggested we conference call Papillion, which he refused and said he would follow his procedure. I advised that I was losing patience as I shouldn't have to wait for a refund due to the Papillion cancelling. He continued to be rude and I advised I would file a fraud claim with my bank if the funds were not returned. He was terrible and ultimately said he would look into it. Another week and no communication. I called back and spoke with another agent at Adrenaline who was able to look up the reservation and said that another employee had stalled processing - yay Adrenaline!. She said there was no reason for this and immediately issued the refund, within the hour. WTH? Long story short, book directly through Papillion Helicopter (Papillion.com) or whichever tour company you need. Omit this nightmare of a company. In the end, they kept $30+ dollars with no explanation. Put this company out of business. Yikes.

Hi Jennifer! Sorry your experience with us didn't meet your expectations. We did not receive a notification from your experience provider at any time indicating your experience was cancelled. The first we were informed about your experience cancellation was when you called April 12th, 8 days after the experience provider cancelled your flight. Our representative had to first verify the cancellation before proceeding to put in a refund request. Our streamlined process for this is to fill out a quick form for information so we are able to process requests quickly and efficiently for your benefit. Our representative did this for you after spending several minutes refusing to. 5 days later, our representative answered your call and refunded your money earlier than the 7-10 days you were originally told from the time we were notified of the cancellation. We pride ourselves on having incredible customer service, even when our representatives are being bullied over the phone or are wishing a company full of really good people to go out of business because of impatience.

Took my boyfriend for a helicopter ride for his birthday. It was awesome. Pilot was well trained and knowledgeable. We had an amazing experience. Highly recommend to do the Coast and City tour .
