For homeowners that are looking to generate rental income but have low or no budget, we provide a pool of selected contractors to choose from who offer special financing or programs. In those programs, the first payment is due only once the first month's rent is paid after the first tenant moves in. Like the previous poster, I don't write tok many reviews. However, when someone does amazing work, people should know it! Working with The ADU Guru had been an absolute pleasure thus far. Eli has been responsive, helpful and worked around the clock to ensure that we found the right financing and contractors to build our project! Looking forward to completing the journey with The ADU Guru as captain of the ship. :)

Very Professional and Respectful
I normally never write any reviews but I feel like I should. The team were professional and efficient from the moment we started working on my house. I gained substantial amount of knowledge about ADUs from them, as everyone is just very patient, transparent and respectful. Already recommended to a few of my friends and neighbors!!! I love the ADU Guru!

I've been working with the ADU guru on my garage conversion in Los Angeles.
It has been a pleasure working with them.
They did what they said they would very fast, and the quality of their work is impeccable.
They even helped me find financing for the project, which made the entire process much easier.
Five stars!
