I love knowing things I need to stay…
I love knowing things I need to stay away from or not eat but I wish you didn't have to purchase the other tests seperate. I love cheddar cheese and cottage cheese and it's on there to avoid! I'm sad about that but if it will help me I'll quit eating it.

It was super easy from the start. Just snip some hair, place in the tube, then ship it off in the prepaid envelope. Even registering my kit was super easy.

Learning More About My Food Intolerance Helped Me
I have never had a DNA Health Assessment done before with just a small piece of hair. It was very easy process to follow. The test results came back quickly and was very detailed. I now have a better understanding of what I should be aware of when eating certain foods. I recommend this to anyone who wants a better understanding of certain foods that can cause health problems. Definitely worth recommending AFIL to others!

It was simple and easy. The foods that it showed I should avoid made me feel so much better. I was eating almonds as a snack. Always felt like I had a rock in my stomach. Turns out they’re on my list of things not to eat. Going to do the bigger test next and get more insight. Highly recommend!

Everything listed as being allergic to I have never once had an allergic reaction to and things that I do get sick after I eat are not even listed on here so I feel like this was a hoax

This test gave me so much information! It confirmed some concerns I had but also surprised me with some information! For example, I need to avoid coconut. Meanwhile, I had been using coconut oil as a substitute as part of an anti-inflammatory diet. Very useful information and very detailed report!

Recommend fully!
I was impressed with how detailed the report was. I was honestly skeptical, not gonna lie. After reading through and cutting out my RED food and drinks I hope that my stomach and body acclimate to where it's supposed to be. For the price, I'd recommend that finding this out was worth it.
