5 STARS even if there was a problem !!
I recently commissioned a new water softener from Advanced Water Softeners and unusually one of the valves failed on the new unit resulting in a flood in my kitchen. Within 20 minutes of calling Mark who fitted the unit he arrived and assessed the situation ensuring that the water was contained and the unit secure. This was the start of an episode that could have turned into a complete nightmare and I was apprehensive, however assistance from John Kyle (customer support and technical manager) from day one was of the highest order. I was offered support and advice throughout the following weeks to ensure all flood damage was efficiently and quickly made good and at any point I knew that they were available to talk to.
During my conversations with John and Mark I learnt that this valve failure was a very rare occurrence and so was even more impressed by the way they handled the situation.
It is credit to all who work there that they look after their customers so well and I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them and their products.
