I let them know I had ordered the wrong size foams within 24 hours (cm instead of inches !)they still sent me the order over 2 weeks later without correcting it. They have since gave me a full refund. Measure twice cut/order once as my upholstery trainer told me!

We do appreciate your comments about the smell — this can occasionally happen with new foam as it’s freshly manufactured and vacuum packed for delivery, but it should dissipate after airing out, as you found.
