Harry and the team from Advantage Solar were absolutely incredible in helping us get the right solar package for our house. The communication throughout was fantastic and any questions we had along the way were answered ASAP.

A massive shout out to Lucky and his team of sparkies too for doing an amazing job with the installation and keeping us updated through the install and helping configure the app on our phones, even after the job was done.

Ryan from Velec and Brady from Carbon Savers had our new heat pump installed in next to no time, another great job!

What a great experience from quote stage to going live. Harry was amazing at explaining everything from what I was currently spending and generating to how much better it would be to upgrade the system. Seemed almost too easy but it actually was! Communication was excellent. A couple weeks later the installers came and got everything fitted in, battery included. They were efficient, friendly, very tidy and professional. One week later and the inspector came and signed it all off and we are now live.

We went in for a quote and came out with the whole package. We had so many questions, the first one being “is it going to be worth the expense”? Harry G was our consultant. He came to our home, checked and measured everything and answered our hundreds of questions. There is NOTHING that Harry didn’t know about solar. Advantage Solar stepped us through the myriad of applications, documentation and forms that needed to be completed - all online. The process takes a long time from initial quote to having our system fully operational. This was a lot longer than expected but Harry kept us informed along the way. We totally recommend Harry and the team at Advantage Solar. Quotes are free - ask for Harry!

Harry Gwynn has been outstanding along with Diego and the whole team from the start. All of my questions were answered and if I have had any further questions over the last 14 months since installation of the solar panels and hot water pump Harry and team have been quick to respond. I am super happy with the ongoing service and the panels and hot water pump have been fantastic!

My solar panels were installed expertly, with minimal disruption to my day. The men who came were polite, efficient and tidied up after themselves - a big plus for me. I was kept well informed from the first meeting regarding cost, best “fit” for my situation and realistic time frame. Hassle free experience from the first meeting with Mike at our home to the installation only a few weeks later. Mike was great in providing all the information we needed and tailor a system that suits our family/usage. We ended up with 8.5kw solar system with 20kw battery storage. We’ve had the system for approx 5 months and yet to see a bill. The SOLARMAN Smart app is easy to navigate and see how well the system is running. Customer support also great, I did have to follow up after the final independent inspection and ask some questions which they assisted with and can change things remotely also. I like that I only have 1 number to call if I have questions/issues and they’re located in Melbourne.
