I recently bought a pre-loved Burley Jogger Kit from Adventure Kit Hire. The item was dispatched incredibly quickly. When I noticed a minor issue after unpacking, I contacted their customer service team and they were absolutely brilliant. They resolved it immediately by sending out a replacement part free of charge.

We hired equipment for my son's DofE expedition from AKH. They were really helpful throughout the process. Even though there was a shipping mix-up, they went out of their way to fix the issue and ensure the equipment arrived on time. We'll be using them again for the next outing.

I have used Adventure Kit Hire for a wetsuit and turbo trainer hire and they are incredible. The service is excellent and everyone is super friendly to talk to if you have any questions. Highly recommend!

No hassle rental; got brand new kit with manufacturers' tags, on time (I think even a day early?); returned with a pre-paid label via the local post office.

They were nice enough not to make any fuss about us being a couple days late with the return even (sorry! no funny business, just too many things to do after return!)

Hired ski suits for kids (6 & 2). Arrived earlier than estimated, which was helpful. Looked brand new, no noticeable wear and tear, very clean. Return process very easy.
