Excellent service, exceptional staff
From the initial call, to taking the photos, booking the collection, providing a courtesy car, doing the repair and delivering my car back to me.. the whole team were exceptional.. friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Repair was completed within the 5 days originally advised, and far cleaner than when they picked it up!! Have a 3 year warranty on the repair too!! Thoroughly recommend - thank you Paul 😜

Very unsatisfied
Customer service is ok. The repairing team is the one that is bringing the company down. I had my car “fixed”. This is what they do, they “fix” the car, they don’t repair cars. Verry unhappy with the “repair”, also the car went out from they’re garage more scratched than it was. Thank you AD Williams for nothing.

A.D. Williams repaired my van very quickly after an accident with someone going into my wing they picked it up my van at the time and day they said they would repaired it I brought it back to My Address, very pleased with the work would highly recommend

it took over 7 weeks and numerous calls for the insurance company to deliver the car to the right place.it then only took AD Williams 48 hours to forward their quotation. with Lauren in particular keeping us informed every step of the way and the job sorted within a fortnight. thanks for restoring my faith in the motor industry.
